    Very Unreliable. They sound very convincing over the phone, but when it comes down to actually doing the work they were always a no show. Told us twice that they would be out but it never happened. Didn't even have the courtesy to call or text when they knew they weren't coming. If your looking for a contractor I would suggest that you keep on looking.

    I hired ********************* (DBA Boombostick remodel and design) in July 2022 to remove my old garage floor and replace it with a 2 part epoxy floor. I paid him $3,000 per our agreement. He provided me with a written "lifetime Warranty". He was to be done in 2 days - I took him over 2.5 weeks to complete and that was after many no shows (with no notice that we wasn't showing up) and much pestering to show up. In early September, 5 weeks into his lifetime warranty, I notified him the floor was coming up. I contacted him about repairs and he made several promises to appear but never did (and did not call to let me know). He always has excuses as to why he doesn't show. Needless to say the floor is much worse now (1/17/23) and no repair is possible, it needs totally removed and replaced. I filed a small claim at the ********************, case #************ and was granted a $6,000 judgement on 11/29/22. I informed him of the judgement and he has not made any attempt to pay nor returned my text messages.
