      This Company Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation hired Premier Adjusters to tow my car on March 6 and was aware that they steal out of customer, which ***** ***** the Compliance Affairs Specialist at Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation stated he was aware of when I spoke to him on the phone. My car was tow and someone at the tow company stole over $4000 worth of items out my car which I did a Police report on and sent to ***** and he promised he would do an investigation on the matter and for almost 3 weeks he gave me the run around making me send him videos of me telling the company the stole my belongings which I did and he did absolutely nothing. Millennium Capital and Recovery Corporation is aware of the review that Premier Adjuster has about stealing out of customers' cars. The tow company refused to give me my belongings including my gun all of which Millennium was aware and they still did nothing. Millennium Capital never investigated and even had ***** calling me to act as if he was investigating but he never once called the cop working my case when I made the police report. This company is a scam they work closely with this tow company allowing them to steal out of people's cars. Below is the form Premier Adjuster gave me to fill out because they were aware I was missing items they even had me have it notarized with my police report number at the top which was also given to ***** at *********************

      allow this communication to serve as a formal response to the customer concerns
      of ******** ******* initiated with the BBB office on April 2, 2025.  
      ********* concerns were first brought to our attention on March 12, 2025. ******* alleged at that time that our independent
      subcontractor, Premier Adjusters Inc, did not return two purses and a gun clip during
      a redemption of personal property. Following receipt of ********* concerns,
      a full investigation was conducted that included the collection of party
      statements, documents, and photographs. Efforts were made to keep ******* informed
      throughout the process.
      Based on
      the documented information collected, it was determined on March 19, 2025, that
      Premier Adjusters Inc properly documented the personal property located within
      the vehicle, followed proper personal property release procedures, and returned
      all personal property found. ******* was advised, via written communication, on
      March 20, 2025, of our findings.
      ******* responded on March 24, 2025, indicating a desire to submit further documentation
      in support of the concerns. That documentation was electronically delivered to
      Millennium by ******* the same day.
      ********* concerns
      were escalated and reviewed, in their entirety, a second time. It was
      determined again that Premier Adjusters Inc properly documented the personal
      property located within the vehicle, followed proper personal property release
      procedures, and returned all personal property found. ******* was advised, via
      written communication, on April 2, 2025, of the second review’s findings.
      Therefore, it is believed
      that ********* concerns were handled appropriately, and that Millennium Capital
      and Recovery Corporation and its independent subcontractor bare no responsibility for ********* concerns.

      finance company American Honda hired company(Millenium
      Capital And Recovery--who in turn hired a 3rd party repo company(AMERICAN REPO with Florida SunBiz) to break or violate Florida Statute 537.012 (2) and this company broke into my apartment complex gated community on 01/10/2024 in the early morning hours and stole the vehicle. Repo companies are not permitted to breach the peace and enter a locked garage and gated community to take possession of anyone's vehicle/steal it. they had no permission from anyone on this private property to enter this community. I contacted the police department--the event number given to me by Sgt Crowell is 24000859. They told the police they were legally repoing the car--but failed to mention they obtained the vehicle llegally when they illegally entered the gated community without permission of the owners-- as per florida law: A car repossession cannot be completed by using any means to unlawfully enter a garage, gated community and gated area, without permission. They also are not permitted to keep my personal belongings in the vehicle and refuse to give them to me: Showing results for florida statute 537.012 2/ florida statue 537.012 2

      (2) Prior to engaging a repossession agent, the lender shall afford the debtor an opportunity to make the titled personal property available to the lender at a place, date, and time reasonably convenient to the lender and the borrower.

      At this time, we can neither confirm nor deny the customer’s
      allegations. Following receipt of the customer's complaint, the customer was
      contacted and provided further details designed to ensure a convenient and
      thorough processing of the complaint. Millennium logged the matter and reached
      out to all other involved parties, including by not limited to, the lienholder
      and Millennium's vendor. Each party has been asked to provide all relevant
      information that would allow for a full and complete investigation of the
      customer's allegations. Much of the information needed has been received, but
      more is expected. Millennium will continue work and communicate regularly with
      the customer, lienholder, and vendor until this matter is investigated and
      resolved.

      it is very clear. Repo agents are not allowed to illegally obtain a vehicle by trespassing or sneaking into a gated apartment community! It is not upon me to interpret the law. Look up Verona at Boynton Beach..the apartment description says gated community. And the gates have No Trespassing signs clear and visible!  This link is not allowing me to upload the picture of the no trespassing sign.

      Ive been trying for 24 hrs to locate my car, *** called AND left at least 3 different voicemails to reach me back and NO ONE HAS. All of my personal belongings are in my car and they arent taking this as serious and urgent as this!! ITS BEEN 48 HOURS AND I STILL HAVE NO CLUE WHERE MY CAR AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE! The website doesnt even tell you the hours theyre open it just says 24 hrs. This is too unorganized and becoming an illegal issue at this point. I need answers and a solution asap.

      The consumer called originally called our office on Saturday, during the off hours of our vendors.  The consumer was made aware of this and advised further communication would occur first thing Monday morning. The consumer was contacted by one of our representatives on Monday morning and was provided with the local vendors contact phone number and advised to schedule an appointment. Consumer was reported to be very appreciative of the call and the information and told to reach back out to us if further assistance was needed.

       

      Documentation received from the local vendor indicates that the consumer made an appointment for 12/20 and redeemed all personal property. There is no further action to take at this time. Therefore, we consider this matter resolved.

      This is the reposition company used by honda/accura financial for repossession. My vehicle was repoed and I have no idea who took my vehicle or were it is. I have been trying to find out were it is to receive my possessions and surrender the vehicle key since october 31 2023 left vociemails and continue to call but no response. They have been nothing but trouble and having me call and have no one answer or respond and have me blowing my mind and having this ordeal drag out it feels to charge me more money and cause problems. .I know after 5 days they will charge you 300 dollars more to make a new key and I think that's what they are trying to do to me I also know by law it is required of them to notify me with in 48 hrs that is fast approaching tomorrow at 7am it will be past 48hr hence forth break a law . I want my vechile back just to pay notice of where my vechile has been held and a response back asap.

      Following receipt, this matter was immediately escalated to management for resolution. Customer contact attempts began immediately by phone and email. Contact efforts were made in order to verify the customer's identity and provide instructions to quickly resolve the matter. On 11/6, arrangements were made with the customer to retrieve personal belongings and redeem the vehicle. The customer made the appointment on 11/7 and, without incident, successfully collected personal belongings and the vehicle. This matter has been resolved.
