    This building is INFESTED with mice. I had a very large storage unit here for 7 months. Drove from ********* to finally empty it. While unpacking and setting up my condo, I found out there was a family of mice living in my area rug. Welcome to my personal horror movie. Now I have mice in my new condo. Thanks Broadway Storage. I now have to pay for an exterminator. Thanks Broadway Storage. My furniture is damaged. Thanks Broadway Storage. When I called to let them know about this and inquired about them paying for the extermination, I was hung up on. Thanks Broadway Storage for the excellent customer service!!! Unless you want an infestation of rodents I would not recommend using Broadway Storage. ZERO stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    This tenant did make us aware that she may have had a pest issue she discovered after she moved the items out. We have pest control at this site to help maintain mice and other rodents, so we cannot verify if the mice came from the facility. When this tenant called in, we did not hang up on her. We have notes where we heard the issue and referred the tenant to insurance which she pays for in cases like this. We do not pay for personal tenant's items stored in each individual unit. We strongly encourage this tenant to file a claim for the insurance she pays for and allow them to assist.
