On 1/27/24, I called Greg’s Towing and Recovery because my mother’s 2008 Acura TL fell off the jack while I was changing the brakes on the front driver side. ******* and another man were able to come and help me lift it. During that time, ******* stated that he would be able to fix the brakes for me and give me a quote for the wheel hub that also needed to be replaced. The next day I took the car to their shop and ******* gave ne a ride back to my moms, they worked on the car until late in the evening. ******* called me saying that the CV arm also needed replaced and after trying to find a ‘band-aid” they went ahead and replaced it. My total was $625.00. On 2/9/24 I was pulling into a parking spot and something fell from under the car. The tie rod end on the front driver side had fallen off. When I tried to text and call ******* at Greg’s Towing and Recovery my phone number was blocked. My mother has a very specific key to her lug nut that ******* and the men at Greg’s Towing and Recovery has and it is preventing us from getting the vehicle actually fixed. I have tried calling and going to the business several times, as well as my mother, and nothing has been resolved. My mother was told once that she would receive a call back when the owner got back to the shop, and a second time that the person on the phone was answering service and that we would get a call back, but we have received zero communication. The phone number I had for ******* and Greg’s Towing and Recovery has been disconnected and my mother still can not get in touch with them to ask about the lug key.
