    I paid for to have a tree removed on 9/2/2022 and received a receipt for the $1,000 payment for the service. The proprietor, ***** ******* (assuming I was not provided a false name), claimed that the tree would be removed within days. Once he received payment, he never returned to remove the tree. He will not take my calls unless I call from a different number, and he never contacts me to state if or when he will ever provide the service I had paid for. The only contact I have with him is when I text him stating that I plan to take legal action to which he says he will be here "soon" and never follows through. Two months have now passed and I have received nothing but false promises and no inclination that the service will ever be completed.
