    I purchased a photo package (individual and group image) of my son for tball on June 27. The price was $30.00. Order Number: 371532.
    ***** posted in the team tball group on facebook that all digital orders had been emailed on July 26.
    I received the individual photo, but no group photo on July 28.
    ***** posted on facebook that all tball photos were officially in and ready on August 5.
    I emailed and asked for the group photo on 8/1, 8/17, 8/22, 8/23, 8/25, 8/26, 8/29, 8/30, and 9/6.
    ***** only responded on August 22 and August 29 that the link had been already without offering any other solution.
    I checked my spam, offered a new email address that she could send it to, asked her if she could just send it as an attachment instead of a link, and offered to pick up a print version. She continues to ignore my requests. I have seen on Facebook that everyone else who has ordered has received their photos. I’d like what I paid for, and I’ve been more than willing to work out another way to get the group photo from her.

    I placed an order online for fall football pictures that this photographer took for our local school system. The order was placed on August 25th, 2022 totaling $38.52. I have never received those pictures. I have emailed, messaged countless times and whren she does finally reply she always tells me they are on the way but sends no receipt or tracking.

    Your order was sent with a tracking number when you ordered it online. It would have also notified you with a tracking number via email when you placed the order online. since I have also refunded your package back to your card.
