    I have this medical debt appearing on my ********** and ******** credit file, from Fidelity Properties
    The issues with these are as follows:
    -This debt was never properly submitted to my medical insurance by the creditor, during the one year timeframe they had to submit their claim.
    -This debt is under $500. Th three major credit bureaus have agreed to remove from credit files beginning in 2023, and have yet to do so. They need to be removed immediately.
    -I have disputed the validity of these directly with the creditor, and cannot get any resolve or answers, just run around.

    We found no debts in our system under the name **** *********, no debts with the address **** ****** *** no debts with the phone number *** ********. He will need to contact our office to provide more details or present an actual credit bureau reference number (all debts have them) in order to review the so called debts he is referring to. He makes no mention of attempting to contact Fidelity with his concerns before filing a BBB complaint.

    12/27/2022 ***** ******** Called me on my Work phone number. I told the caller DO NOT EVER CALL ME AT WORK AGAIN. He told me "well pay your Bill" so basically he said he would continue to call me at work. I make very little money and have nothing extra to spare.

    The work phone on your account (debt) was removed the minute you requested no work calls, long before your complaint to the BBB. We adhere to collection laws, your flawed interpretations of conversations and visions into the future are not legitimate grounds for a BBB complaint.

    Bogus bill from a company I've never done business with, flagged by credit monitoring service

    The debts in question are from ******** *** ************** ************* located in ******** *** *** ****** had services rendered on Oct 22, 2021 and Oct 25,2021 and failed to pay. The debts were placed for collections on Feb 18, 2022. Mr. ****** called our office on Mar 1, 2022 after receiving the collection notice sent on 2-23-22. He refused to pay the bills stating his health insurance should have paid and we never heard from him again until now. Clearly his complaint has major flaws, he is well aware of the debts and there is nothing bogus about it. The debts were flagged as disputed for credit reporting purposes ever since our conversation with him. They will stay marked as disputed and will continue to report to the credit bureaus until paid. Health insurance coverage is a third party and it will be up to Mr. ****** and them to resolve any issues or problems that may exist, only Mr. ****** is legally responsible for the medical bills involved here.
