I purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from the dealerhip on 10/11/2022, and the paperwork was submitted three (3) times and finalized on 10/14/2022. I purchased a vehicle service contract (warranty) on 10/28/2022. With less than a month of diving the vehicle on 11/08/2022 this seemed to have a flex plate failure and transmission failure and the transmission is shot and not good. Turning this inot the warranty company (Olive) they denied the claim and due to it being pre-existing from time of purchase of the vehicle in their statements. So I reached out and contacted the dealership about the vehicle. And had the vehicle towed back to them. Going on a month (1 month) now, and repairs are not started yet. Purchased with 58068 mi on here, and roughly 58,209 on here now. Would like a loaner/courtesy vehicle and transmission replacement. OR a total replacement of loss on vehicle that can't be used less than 30 days of purchase. OR replacement vehicle.

    Better Business Bureau:

At this time, I was and have been contacted by Lavery Automotive Sales & Service regarding complaint ID *********

And we are working through getting this resolved now. They had provided me with a rental vehicle because of the time stated in the repairs, and am responsible for half the total cost of repair, for a replacement transmission on the vehicle in this case.
