  What a GREAT experience. Bill at JD roofing and the guys at Willoughby supply are the description of customer service. They are also the most patience people in the world. I had a very specific vision for the color of my roof and I wanted to stick with a quality product, too. Bill estimated for all of the top three brands and was willing to work with me on finding the best option for me. Over the next month he provided actual roofs that I could drive to and see and the supply guys provided actual samples to see next to my house. The color that I REALLY wanted is apparently only available in Washington state, so not an option. It was a long process of looking at many multi colored crazy looking roofs, but Bill never acted annoyed or impatient with me and my process. Once I narrowed it down to my color, he promptly got me on the scheduled and the guys came out to do the work. These guys are amazing. They never sat down and completed my roof that day. Aside from the gorgeous new roof, when they left it was like they were never here. I had heard warnings from friends to be sure to check for debris and nails. There were none. Even my plants were covered with care and no damage! They were even kind enough to help my annoying neighbor fix a part of his house (not related to this install, but he didn't have a tall enough ladder). Do not hesitate. These guys were recommended to me and I will always recommend them to anybody needing a roof.

  Bill and John from JD Roofing has replaced the roof and siding on our house. The team that came out to do the work was awesome! Each man had their job to do and went about it quickly and efficiently. They spent 3 days at our house in total. They completely tore off our old roof and replace it on the first day. They also, started to tear off the old siding on the first day. By the 3rd day they had the new siding up and trimmed beautifully. Each day they cleaned and debris that fell to the ground. Very professional company. Bill stayed in constant contact with me. If I had any questions or concerns with the work being done, he would address it quickly. Also, if there were any items I wish to replace or install, like new lighting fixtures, rehang address plaque or door bell buttons, the crew took care of that before they cleaned up their tools and ladders. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family or friends to handle their remodel or repair needs.

  Bill and Chris were both extremely professional in our dealings. The installation went on without a hitch and the cleanup afterwards was exemplar! The crew was on time and proficient throughout; we were really pleased with the results of their work. Any questions that I had were answered right away which was important to us. The quality of roof's installation was stellar; seams, lines, and angles.

  JD Roofing reroofed our house last year and did an excellent job at a fair price. This year we had them reside our house, and again, they did an excellent job at a fair price. It only took the 3 days. Quality work, great and friendly crew, always on time, asked questions and got our input as needed, did everything they said they would, and left the house neat and tidy. All of our neighbors are commenting how nice our house looks. I have referred them to multiple people and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

  Bill was very easy to work with and provided me with a lot of information. He even followed-up with me a few days after the job was completed. The work ended up being done a lot earlier than expected, which was great.

  My neighbor referred JD Roofing and Exteriors to me and I am so glad he did. I had contacted two other companies and JD Roofing and Exteriors is by far the best. I never heard from the other two after their initial visit even though I had asked for further information. JD's salesman, Bill, came out to my house to discuss the roof. Bill is very knowledgeable about their product. He came prepared with a brochure about the roofing and answered all my questions. He came back out when I decided to do my siding as well, with all the necessary information about the siding. Bill answered all my questions and always responded when I texted more questions to him. He kept me informed as to when supplies would be delivered and when the crew would start on the job. Bill is a great guy to work with and made the process enjoyable.
  It took 5 days to do the roof and siding on my house. The crew, including the owner John, was here at 8:00 a.m. and worked well past 5:00 p.m. most of the days. The entire crew is mindful of the customer. Not only are they very good at what they do, but they were always very polite when I had another question. It was very reassuring to have John the owner here the entire time working alongside his crew. And John has only one crew working with him. He does not have multiple crews out there.
  My house looks fantastic! Like brand new. I highly recommend JD Roofing and Exteriors to anyone who needs a new roof or siding. I am so impressed with the work they did. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them. Just a great experience all around! Thank you, again!!

  I was referred to JD Roofing by a friend. The sales representative Bill detailed all the information and answered all my questions and concerns The team worked through the day until early evening. The workers came to button up the roof before it rained the next day. They left my yard clean and it felt good knowing the owner John worked along with the rest of the guys. I recommend JD Roofing for the good and affordable work.

  JD Roofing did a great job replacing the roof on our house and garages. I have recommended them to several friends who hired them as well with the same great results. Professional hard working crew. Always called us back promptly when we had questions and kept us informed on the timing of the job. They made sure the yard was cleaned up after. I highly recommend them.

  I had JD Roofing install a new roof on my home. I am more than satisfied with the work that was done. They listened to all my requests and took care of everyone of them.
  Bill R kept me posted as the work progressed and even provided a photo. My new roof looks GREAT! Two layers of old shingles were removed and it was all cleaned up so well that my yard looked better when they left than when they began. The owner, John, worked right along with his hardworking crew. I would definitely recommend JD Roofing.

  I contacted JD roofing and 3 other Contractors for a quote on Vertical Siding and Gutter guards. JD Roofing was the Only one that brought up about the Fiber board backing and they could not do the Siding unless the put wood sheeting up because the Siding was 8 inches and Studs were 16 Inches, they did give the option of Horizontal siding and no sheeting also but I wanted Vertical, Great catch and did not pressure me. I went with them on that and also he uses just his own crew and great reviews (They did not lie) They worked with me on the Payment and my schedule. They let me know on the delivery of the Product and the date they would be out (3 days work around for weather). The crew showed up @ 8 and started right away after they introduced themselves and what they wanted to do and kept me informed. They Got the job completed in the Day and it was great to see the Owner John was right there with them working side by side with them. They were Professional, worked together and constantly working never off. The clean up and final product was great. Again this a Great company to work with and they did a great job and would recommend them to anyone. Te other great thing was at the end of the Day the whole crew was till there and got together on this job ,clean up and future Items, great team work. I will be going to them again if any other projects come along no questions asked. Thank you again John, Bill R and the Crew for the great work much appreciated
