    Kale's Towing towed a vehicle of mine through my insurance and caused further damage. Refused to give me paperwork when I asked if I could have it, then blocked my phone number from calling the business. Put the vehicle on my neighbors property and was completely rude and unprofessional. When asked about towing the vehicle, that was reported with front end damage, by the front axel the driver replied that there is no proof that he towed it incorrectly... worse experience of my life with a towing company, still have no paperwork

    We were dispatched by ******** roadside service, to pick up a 2007 Ford Escape with passenger front wheel broken off.  Lower ball joint broke and CV joint pulled away from transmission. 

    Customer had told ******** the condition of vehicle and why a tow was necessary prior to Kale’s ever being dispatched.

    Kale’s called customer for confirmation of vehicle location.  Customer said that the vehicle had been sitting at **** state university for a couple days and had not been picked up.  
    We went and pick the vehicle up, towed vehicle to customers home and when tow driver arrived on location of customers home, customer came out, inspected vehicle and told tow driver where to drop vehicle.  
    4 days later she called Kale’s towing and stated that the front end was a little looser.  We explained to the customer that the vehicle was towed on the wheel lift because we didn’t want to drag vehicle up 25foot bed and then off again which could cause more damage than she had already done. It was explained multiple times to her.  A man also got on the phone using vulgar and profanities.  An attempt was made to explain to him as well. They stated they had pictures of before and after, we requested those to be sent but they never did.   I have talked to multiple people regarding this, the vehicle owner, insurance company (x2), ******** roadside.  Each person had been given a different statement by customer. The insurance company told us that they were not going to pay for the vehicle damage that has been done by customer due to age and condition of vehicle.  Insurance company said it was not Kales Towing’s responsibility to pay for any part of the vehicle since damage to the vehicle was caused by customer owner prior to towing company ever getting there.  We did block the phone number after such vulgar and profane language was used.
