    Tried to rent a townhouse from the owner of this business for my family, filled out the application and he texted two days later and said we were approved and wanted to meet at the place the next day so we did. We went and looked at it and he said we got the place and wanted to meet the following week to sign the lease and that he would email us a copy of the lease to look over and that we would pay at lease signing, we agreed and shook hands and left. Our 4 year old daughter was very x cited as the place was small but much bigger than our current apartment in the middle of the city and had a yard where she wanted to play and get a swingset. After we had met him that night we tried to text him the next day to confirm the lease signing and told him we could sooner if he wanted which he had said to let him know if we were able to do it sooner. No response. We texted him multiple more times leading up to the day we had agreed to sign the lease and he never responded. Now we are all disappointed especially our daughter that was ready to get out of such a small place where she cant even play and be closer to family. Our family was a 10 minute walk from the townhouse opposed to the hour we have to drive now to see any family. This person is very unprofessional and too young and immature in my opinion to be a landlord of any kind and I do not recommend doing any kind of business with him or his business.
