This company is a big scammer. I purchased a car from them and couldn’t register the vehicle because I needed a bill of sale. I was aware I was purchasing from a dealer as he had me meet him at a ******* parking lot. Unbeknownst to be when I came to register the vehicle I couldn’t do anything and he reached out to me Mr. earl stating I needed to pay the taxes to him in cash so that I can get a bill of sale. I did being stupid because that’s what the bmv stated I needed. Weeks went by and I never received anything. He is a big scammer avoid at all costs.

The transaction date started Nov 30 2022. My power steering was acting up we looked under the car noticed a leak. Coming from the upper hose. We took a picture contacted EAC Autogroup and was told to bring the car down so they can inspect the line and we would go from there. Once there Earl the owner informed us the line needed to be replaced completely and quoted 275 said 100 for part and 175 for labor. We agreed. And instead of a paper receipt he told me to cash app him the part money then the rest after the job was done. I did. He contacted me let me know the car was done a week later same problem. I then contacted him again. He said bring the car down they will fix what ever it was.so we did. After a day or to he didn't contact me at all so I called him. He said he was waiting on some part to come in. The truck will be ready in two days max. When the 2 days was up he called us down and said it was the rack opinion the whole time and that it was steel leaking at the same spot and it will take another $450 to repair. I refused to pay so we took the car home. Dec.20.2022 We looked under it with a family member and noticed the whole line was broken and the mechanic broke it. So we filmed what we saw to show earl We contacted Earl and showed him the video . He then informed us that he doest check his mechanic work. And because his mechanic only speaks Spanish. He barely understands him. That they are only roommates. But to bring it back a third time and it will be taken care of this was Jan 2. 2023. TODAY is Jan. 18.2023 My truck has been sitting on his lot this whole time. I went down Jan. 10th 2023 Earl then became argumentative accusing us of taping him and getting in mines and my husband's face. And left it in my husband's hands. Today is January 18th 2023 Truck has not been touched as of now.
