      They dont stand by their product. We bought extra hard wood flooring in case of damage. I called them to see if I could get one of their installers to repair the floor. Willing to pay of course. Couldnt find a company or individual to repair the 4 by 10 area. They located my purchase, six years ago, but never called be back after saying they would. I spent hours trying to find someone to repair my floor. Vowed to never use them again.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have done an internal review and are not able to identify who you spoke with on the phone initially. Since receiving the review, we have had our Store Manager reach out to the customer to help with what she needs. We have asked that when she is ready to make the repair in her home, that she reaches out to our Store Manager, who can assist her.

      Unprofessional backstabbing crew who all confirm the incompetence of Adam S***** manager running Dayton- ever aspect of my wood /carpet job has been screwed up and redone at least 2x or more. escalating to a competent figurehead who can make some serous staff changes and resolve the mess and a new floor that needs to be replaced and laid properly.
