      Wheelchair ordered I am unable to use due to my medical condition. Called/emailed several time asking. For the wheelchair to be picked up and returned. They will not do so. It has not been used at all. Want items picked up and refund issued to insurance company.

      We have a 30 day return policy, so return of the wheelchair should not have been an issue.   We will contact Mr **** directly to coordinate return of the wheelchair and determine reimbursement amount to refund the insurance.    Please note, this is the first notice we've received from the BBB and would like to understand what happened to the prior notifications, if you please investigate that.   Thank you!

      My insurance has assured me they are paying for all my equipment my doctor ordered in complete yet this company wants to charge extra money which is fraud

      Thank you!   Please note, this is the first notice our company has received and this has been resolved with the patient.   There was a misunderstanding of her benefits, she has an 80/20 policy, her equipment has been delivered with no monies collected from her.    Please let me know if there is further action required, thank you!

      To Whom It May Concern:

      My name is ***** ****************** and I have been a customer of Seely Medical for several years.

      The last shipment that I received from Seely in October 2023 did not contain all three of the full face cushions that I normally receive for my CPAP machine. I spoke to a gentleman in December 2023 about sending me the other two masks and he said he would send them.

      Today, Jan. 5, 2024, I called to inquire about the shipment and I spoke with Amber who told me that the order was canceled because I was not due an order until February 2023. I told her that the supplies should have been sent to me in December 2023 which would go toward my 2023 deductible. But Amber said if the masks are sent today, Jan. 5, 2024, the shipment would go toward my 2024 deductible.

      I am very dissatisfied with how this was handled. No one informed me that the shipment of the supplies that I didn't get in December 2023 was canceled and would not be sent to me in December 2023. I found out when I called today, Jan. 5, 2024. Now if I put an order in with your company today, your company gets more of my deductible for 2024.

      I asked Amber to cancel my shipment because I will be having my prescription sent to another company.

      I was advised by Seeley medical that I would receive a phone call this morning to let me know what time they would be arriving to set up my father in law bed, by afternoon I had not received a phone call, I contacted Seeley and was told between 3:30/4:30 they would be here to set up the bed, by 4:45 no one had shown up, I contacted Seeley again and was told someone would be here before 6pm, I advised they representative that it was 3 days before Christmas and that we had things to do, she told me that he was last stop on route and they had up to 6pm, I asked why I never received a courtesy call to let me know that they were behind and would be longer, she did not have an answer and when I told her that we may need to reschedule she advised me that the soonest anyone could come would be the following Thursday, I told that was unacceptable as this was not our fault and she stated there was nothing could be done, I told her that we would make additional arrangements to have someone stay until 6, 3 days before Christmas, and that I thought it was an inconvenience and unprofessional of this company.
