On 7/7/23 we purched a Husqvarna TS248xd tractor from T/C Motor Sports for 5181.42 (with trade in).
Had trouble with scalping on tight turns.
Sent mower back and they said the deck was cracked and they welded it.
Still having trouble with scalping and sent it back.
There solution was to make extension to allow deck wheels to go lower.
This mowing season the seat on tractor broke and since it rode rough we had them put on a new custom seat. Price 509.01

I am reading that this is the second attempt to notify us about the complaint, sorry, but this is the first we are hearing about this issue. The Desired Settlement states see attached document and I am not seeing an attached document of what they are asking to be refunded.

**** had an older Cub Cadet tractor was having some issues and he decided he wanted to trade it in for a new mower. We encouraged him to come into the store and look at the new mowers and drive them, but instead he insisted that we just decribe the mowers to him and he picked one out sight unsean. We agreed upon a price for the mower and trade. We delivered the mower and he seemed happy with it. He called us roughly 2 months into mowing and said it was leaving strips and scalping when he turned, we picked it up (for free and delivery is not covered under warranty, so absorbed that cost) and that is when we found that there was a crack on one of the deck brackets which would cause the issues he described, we fixed the issue under warranty and took the mower back. A month later he called and said that is was still scalping when he turned, we called into husqvarna to see if there were any known issues with this and they informed us that there were not and there was nothing they could do to help us figure out the issue. We went back out to the customers house and watched him mow and all we noticed was the normal marks a mower makes when mowing, but we did bring it back to the shop and installed extensions on the deck wheels so the wheels would hit sooner and keep the deck from scalping. None of this work was covered under warranty as well as the delivery, so we absorbed the price of the pickup, labor, and material we had in making the extended wheels. The only thing he was charged for during this transaction was he asked us to put springs under the seat to see if that would help make the ride smoother (we only charged for the springs and hardware to install it). In December the customer asked us to get the mower and install a suspension seat, change the blades to gator blades, and let us know that one of the holes on the bottom of the seat was stripped out. While the mower was in here we were concered of how high a suspension seat or suspension platform would raise the seat and we asked the customer to come in and look at the options, which he said to just do the platform and it would be fine. We installed the suspension platform and contacted Husqvarna to get him a new seat to go on the platform.

T&C Motorsports is a small business that sells Husqvarna products (we do not design and manufacture them). We have sold a lot of this same model and have never had any issues with them. We have put a lot of our own time and material into this machine that we will not get paid for already. We feel that the complaint should not be twards us, but instead Husqvarna for they are the ones that designed and manufactured the mower.

    In response,

1.) Why should we have a nes mower with a cracked deck?

2.) Why did the mower need deck wheel extension to avoid scalping?

3.) No one even came to out house and watched us mow.

4.) Why did original seat strip the bolts?

5.) If you people bought a new car and had these kind of issues would you be happy?

6.) So we have a now mower with deck extensions to avoid scalping. This is not our fault and a cracked deck. We are not satisfied with response.

We have contacted our lawyer to handle this.

To me their response was to bad its yours
