    Customer Review is a truthful account of my experience with the business, i had to hire a separate company for a service call because i could not get nofziger door back out to my place after they installed the garage door when i emailed the service manager and said somthing wasn't right with the opening and closing of my garage door that it was noisy and just wasn't normal , they said they would be out the week. They never showed up.
    I ended up having to pay another company 150. 00 service call to fux the mistakes
    The technician seemed to have a poor attitude like he didn't want to be there, and left with my old remote that controlled my other garage door opener and the new garage door sensors but service manager made technician come back and install them
    Mistakes where definitely made.
    Then i didn't get no help to program the new remote to old garage door i had to call liftmaster for help, i thought they would have just brought the old remote back.
    I also paid over the phone and they asked me if i wanted a receipt and i still yet to get one.
    Highly disappointed with the service i received.
    I also asked them since my vehicle is a 2008 will it work with my homelink they said no, i specifically asked them if there was an adapter kit that converts the old homelink signal to the new homelink signal he said there is no such device.
    Upon doing my research i found liftmaster made a homelink adapter kit, so i brought it to there attention and he said oh well people don't like that thing because of the delay, i ordered that kit and there is no bothersome delay.
    All i can say is very deceptive and not honest about the homelink adapter kit instead of just telling me upfront about it.
