The business advertised a service to be provided for $30, including a dog or cat bath, nail trim and other grooming services, to be available on Sundays between 8-10am, for walk in customers. My husband was at the business between those hours, had the digital coupon available for the special, but was told he would not be given the special, but would need to either come back the next day or pay $50 for the services listed in the special, as well as for daycare. My husband did not ask for, not did he want daycare for our dog. He only wanted what was advertised by the business, but was denied those services unless he paid the higher price for services he did not want

    **** **** ********
On the 8th day of August 2024, you had wished to receive our $30 Bath Coupon. Our Business offers walk-in Bath or Groom services on Sundays for an additional charge of $20. The way this works is, in order to get any service on Sunday the client must purchase the Sunday Funday package which is $20 additional to any Full Bath or Groom service. The Sunday Funday package is not an option and is required for any services on Sundays, as it is necessary to have time to complete the services differently than a scheduled service. This package was addressed many times to your husband prior to the service provided. We offered a scheduled appointment for the next day to avoid the $20 Sunday Funday Package Charge, however your husband said he would need to verify with you on that decision, as you would be the one to bring your pet in. Your husband chose to go through with the services listed above. Your husband was handed our Sunday Funday Customer Agreement Form that states a detailed explanation of what you will be charged for and as to why. He had signed the form and returned it back to the receptionist. With your husband signing this form, this is our way of making sure he understands what the Sunday Funday service is. Our Facebook post had stated as well, the $30 coupon can be used on Sundays, at an additional cost. Attached are some of the photos of our conversation with you on our Facebook Messenger, the Facebook post as well as the signed Sunday Funday Customer Agreement form.  We apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience.
