    We are a small publisher and worked with ********************************************* for over twenty years. Our contractual agreement was that they were supposed to pay within 90 days, but we were lucky to receive payment within 120 days. We terminated the relationship, but they made one last book order in 2020, which we sent by **** with proof of delivery. Despite almost a dozen emails back and forth, they never paid for the books.
