    My original purchase date was September 27, 2023. The colors ordered were patriot red and pewter gray as stated on the purchase order. And that the install company would be contacting me within 4 to 6 weeks to set up for install. Spoke with them two times in that timeframe and nobody informed me that the colors ordered were not offered the installer that was due to show up on Monday November 6th call me on Sunday, November 5 to inform me that they ordered the wrong color contacted the company Monday morning and was informed that they don’t offer that color and I have to pick a different one. The only thing close had an up charge that they refused to wave due to the mixup contacted who it was ordered through a local business called free delivery. Garage is LLC. In person and they stated they were never informed that that color is not offered, and that they made another order for a they stated they were never informed that that color is not offered and that they made another order for an entire building in that color. The local company who it was ordered through now refusing to give a refund for the deposit made on this building. It has been longer than the Ohio revised code allows which is eight weeks. I have been told I’m not getting my money back because it was not a deposit. It was a write up fee, but it is listed on their paperwork as a deposit. The owner insulted me and argued that the color is the same and offered zero kind of compensation for this mistake and them breaking contract.

    the version of red the company offers is same color as patriot red and we are willing to still set it up, also revised code you say you said we scheduled you for the 5th and you turned down delivery cause the red was not called patriot red!! your fault delivery was not done... cremson red is same as patriot red!! take delivery as agreed or loose fee paid for order
    if you cancel the monies you paid up front for the fee you will loose if you cancel order as it says on the terms on website you signed and agreed too!

    I am not going back and forth as you did today on the phone, take delivery like you agreed to do cremson red is our version of patriot red,

    no need to reply to me this is my answer and  you threatened with court i am now asking you to pursue that avenue, i have contacted my attorney and was advised to have no contact with you since you threatened court, see you there

    On 2.27.2027 I put a down payment of $262.65 for a carport to the business listed. Darren(owner) said that I would have the carport from the company he works with (FiveStarMetalBuildings) within 4-5 weeks. Five Star contacted me to ask for pictures of the site within 5 days and I send them over. Five Star confirmed that they had received (3.6.2023) and that they would contact me soon for installation. I did not hear from anyone until I contacted Darren at FreeDelivery early in May for a status update. He informed me that it was between FiveStar and myself at this point. I contacted FiveStar via email on 6.5.2023 and they asked that I call. I spoke with Brandy at FiveStar and she informed me my order had been cancelled by Darren on 3.28.203 because they charge a $300 delivery fee on orders under $3000 and that Darren should have contacted me. I asked Brandy for written documentation that I will attach. I called Darren on 6.6.2023 and he was extremely annoyed with me and said "so what do you want? to pay for delivery or a refund?" Obviously, I want a refund of my deposit from FREE DELIVERY. He told me that his accounting department would handle it and it could take up to 30 days. He business office is in a stand alone shed on the parking lot of his business. He is his accounting department. It does not take 30 days to reverse a transaction that he knows he owes back to a customer. I will attach a copy of the charge to my card from 2.27.2023. Thanks

    YOUR ORDER WAS SUBMITTED AND ACCEPTED AND THEY ADVISED ME AS THERE WOULD BE A 300 DELIVERY CHARGE AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO ADVISE YOU THE CUSTOMER!!!!
    HOWEVER THEY DID NOT!!!
    SHORT AND SWEET HERE 

    WE IN OUR TERMS HAVE A COMPANY WHO CUTS CHECKS THEY WILL BE THE ONES TO CUT YOU A CHECK AND CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS !!!
    HOWEVER IF ITS CAUSING YOU SUCH HEARTACHE TO AWAIT ARRIVAL OF CHECK 

    BY ALL MEANS CHARGE BACK YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! AS NOT DELIVERED !!!WE CANT REFUND A CARD THAT IS THAT OLD WE TRIED CANT GO BACK THAT FAR!!! 

    IF THIS WAS A ISSUE YOU COULD HAVE STOPPED BY THE OFFICE!!! 
    HOWEVER PLEASE CHARGE BACK YOUR CARD AND WE WONT DISPUTE IT!!!
