    In February, True Blu came charged me $3750 to install a new water line from the road to the house. After they left, sometime later, after winter was over, I went out to remove a bush in the area that they were working next to the house and I noticed the pipe that goes into the ground that is supposed to be connected to the downspout was not reconnected. They reburied the pipe at an angle that won't let it reconnect (not aligned), so they just left it unconnected. I've called them numerous times, sent a picture, left messages from two different phone numbers and they still won't answer the phone or give me a call back. These people will charge you a LOT for a job and then not finish it. They will then ignore you when you try to get something resolved.

    The ******’s waterline was replaced is January of this year and there was no issue with any part of the job when we finished.

    As with any job where dirt is dug up and filled back there is a possibility of settling dirt and it can cause unforeseen problems. I believe this could a the case here. We connected the downspout drain to the downspout as part of the backfill since we had to dig very close to the corner of the house where the downspout flows into the underground drain line.

    I can not assume that after dirt settling and shifting through the winter and spring weather the downspout drain line shifted in the ground and now is not connected to the downspout. This was 6 months ago and there is no warranty covering acts of nature that causes such a change to a customer’s environment. 

    Also, this was a long waterline, approximately 650 feet long and the price mentioned was more than fair. 

    We are sorry they have this issue, but it is not the fault of TrueBlu nor was it part of the deal to make repairs to ancillary infrastructure that may be damaged in the course of the job. 

    we believe we delivered good work and product for a fair price and are not responsible for this issue.

    I am rejecting this response because settling of ground throughout the spring cannot possibly account for a four inch sway in the pipe verses the downspout unless the repacking of dirt was obviously done incorrectly.  Another rejection of my complaint and I’ll plaster this all over **** and ******* **** and any other website I can find.
