    In person, I went to Sleep Architecture Mattress Store in ****** ****. On 12/30/2024, I called ***** ****, the owner, to place the order. I applied for the in-house financing through ********* Bank and was approved. He said he placed the order. On Jan 2nd, I called ***** to tell him that I did not receive an order confirmation via my email. He sent me the order confirmation on 1/4. He said it would take about 4-6 weeks for delivery so I dousing not call till 1/28. I left a message and no one retuned my call. I left several messages with no return call. He is the only one that works there since he had just recently moved in. ***** finally called me back on Friday Feb 1st to say that he had been sick right after I spoke with him so he never placed the order. He said he is getting better and he would call me on Monday. He called on Monday 2/3 to tell me that he placed the order and he would email me the confirmation when he received it from ********* Mattress Company in ********. I never received a confirmation so I called ********* and they told me that they had no order for Sleep Architecture in ****** ****. On 2/11, *****’s phone was disconnected. I have started a dispute through *********. I faxed them a copy of my order email and the initial charge of $1920.43. I called the ****** police and they helped me look up ***** **** on the ******* ****** Clerk of Courts website and it showed that he has a lien on him for taxes through the city of ******. As of 2/17, they are investigating ***** **** and Sleep Architecture but I have not received a call back as of yet. I called Guggenheim Realty and they told me, they have not heard from ***** since 12/31/24 when the rent was due.

    Consumer stated the matter has been resolved. The mattress was received and they are satisfied with it.
