    Very unprofessional overcharged ran by teenagers most of the machines do not work was not offered exactly what was told I was going to get with my party package that I spent $300 for I was told I would have a party host for the duration of the party and I never had a party host she never showed up so when it came time to need an extra napkins or cups or even pictures of Pop I had to go to the counter and get them myself pizza was overpriced they ordered it from gionino's and then charged me $40 for it, been trying to get a hold of a manager now for a week and then told that she would email me or call me back and have not received or heard anything from them every time I call a teenager answers to phone and tells me oh all my manager said she knows about the complaint and she'll get back to you it has been a week nobody has contacted me. My parties for 20 people to bounce I only had 11 people show up they could have prorated me they did not so I still paid for 20 people to balance when I only had 11 people to balance I feel that's unfair on top of the fact that they broke their contract because I did not have a party host the entire time then when it came time for my grandson to go into the ticket machines I had to go to the counter try to find someone that took 10 minutes just nobody wants to be found tell him and then a girl showed up a half hour later to put them into the ticket machine very unprofessional
