    Job started on Dec. 18 2022 and is still not finished. I tried to request the owner come see and talk to me and it never happens. I paid in full and every part of the bathroom they touched had to be redone. Just for starters tiled but never fixed the plumbing behind wall till I pointed it out. All though i told everyone the plumbing was the issue. Tolet pipe they broke tried to cover it up. Had to call other people to see if it's normal to fly forward when you sit in toilet. *** it's not so they shimed and they put in new tile floor si UT should of been level. They passed it as ok. So my friend who knows construction told them somethings wrong and take out toilet. Here they broke the pipe into concrete and my friend was right. The door they cut was way a joke. They had to call another company to make it right. They used old hinges and doorknob and told me it wasn't in contract for ***** door hinges. Which only cost **** each. They caulked my sink 2 inches wide to hide the gap in wrong cut granite sink. The backslash on sink didn't square up so the made it square which left a 8th of a inch gap that caulking would just fall through. Now my water pressure is so week my conditioner won't rinse out of hair. I had to live with my fioncee and stay with others to just bath and use bathrooms. Oh yeah I'm on chemo and have to get sick around other people so I can use there restroom to throw up. My dr. **** me to therapy from all this stress which is not by no means good on my body. That is just a few. And the lies. All the m a trial was suppost to be in. Not the tile the biggest part of the job. Had to pick out new tile. They brought it to my house. Wrong tile. Had to wait again. This is the most unprofessional company. Please no one ever use them. They also are more then every estimates I got by double. Rip off. And I have a very small bathroom. I should of spent only 8 thousand and spent double that. Lol. Also bought most the things myself. Toilet all fixtures but grab bars which they put up silver. But ordered black. So had they had to reorder and put up. This company has a quality control guy who passes everything even if he wasn't there to see the finished because he trust his workers. Who if my friend didn't know construction was not going to fix the toilet, plumbing, door, sink and God knows what else. **** just comes out to say we will make changes and make it right but stands behind their work. But if my friend again didn't know construction and for the many companys I asked and all the books I got to read up. I wouldn't know it was wrong. She the said well she doesn't know that. So don't stand behind shimed tolets when you have a tolet tip after new floor put down you should never have to shim it especially with wood. Lol. DO NOT USE THEM. I AM SICK AND IN A MESS AND BY NOW 2 MONTHS LATER HAVE TO GET LEGAL REPENSENTATION TO GET IT DONE RIGHT. PLEASE TELL EVERYONE DONT USE THEM. THAT IS JUST SOME MY ISSUES. NOT EVEN ALL. OH THEY WILL BE NICE TO YOU. I WAS BEGGING TO GET BACK IN MY HOUSE. WHO WANTS TO GO THROUGH CHEMO AND NOT BE ABLE TO BE SICK IN YOUR OWN HOME. AND THE STRESS ON ME WASNT WORTH IT. AND STILL NOT DONE WITH MY LITTLE BATHROOM THAT WAS TOLD WOULD TAKE A WEEK AND 8 HAVE ONLY ONE BATHROOM. I TRIED TALKING TO THE ***** TO PUSH THIS TO HIS INSURANCE COMPANY BUT HE WONT TALK TO ME. THEY KEEP SAYING GIVE US A CHANCE TO MAKE IT RIGHT. I GAVE YOU 2 PLUS MONTHS TO DO THIS. I have pictures through it all but it will only let me take pictures now, not get out of gallery. What a mess. And to pay more then double what other company pay. To many hands in cookie jar. They sub contract most there jobs is why.

Some of the information presented is misrepresented. **** stands behind our work and we facilitated the repairs as timely as possible. We acknowledge that repairs and extended timelines are frustrating but we have made every effort to satisfy this customer. All repairs are complete.

    I have had several issues throughout the course of the experience with this company. First poor treatment, communication, and out right lies by their estimator *****. The estimate was poorly measured so I have to accept smaller cabinets in an area than I had originally been quoted, and a totally different design than I had wanted as well. Then wrong products were ordered for my job delaying the process, the estimate I was given charges for items that were never done, and after speaking with their owner they may have never inteded on doing but charge as a normal business practice. They left my home a mess day one and I had to spend hours cleaning. The work was not being done to the standard I had asked for or paid for. My cabinets were installed before drywall, skim coat and painting was completed. Even walls that were added, the drywall wasn't even finished and they installed cabinets over unfinished drywall and I had to insist it was redone. I specifically told them I didn't want edge lines on my cabinets and countertop, there is paint on my countertops. They installed my microwave long before it was time, and threw away the box. If there are any issues with it I can't return it. They used a very dull paint on my walls and ceilings and the rest of my home (and kitchen before they started) has a glossier finish. This looked terrible and wouldn't have washed well. They did correct this but I ended up buying my own paint out of my pocket . Some of my cabinets have minor damage to them and I had to accept touching them up to get the job done. I had concerns that the flooring was not going to be level with the adjacent rooms and they kept assuring me it would be. After the job was done, it was thrown in my face that the material to make it level cost them an extra $400+ as if it was my fault that they didn't check that first when scoping the job. They left with unfinished wall above my cabinets, and damaged my yard. Also uneven outlets.

    Our company took full responsibility for any of the mistakes that were made through out this project. The Operations Manager and the Project Manager worked continually with the customer to resolve her complaints. Although we do not agree with the quote for the landscape repair, we are willing to accept the estimate in order to provide good customer service. No other work will be facilitated as all work has been completed.
