  On August 2, 2024 Polaris warranty department shipped me a replacement window under warranty but I paid them $105.65 for an upgrade to low-e argon. The window Order #********** was shipped to Modern Builders ******, Oh. Their installer arrived and the glass did not fit. The glass was re ordered and shipped under Order #**********. Modern Builders window installer called me October 10th to say the glass was received broken. Modern Bldrs told the installer the glass was again reordered and expected to arrive November 2, 2024. Polaris took my money and are not delivering what I paid for. Im a very dissatisfied customer.

  I have used the Polaris contact form 3 separate times over the last 2-3 weeks to try to find someone who could do repair work on our windows. I have heard absolutely nothing. Extremely poor service.

  These windows are not worth the money. Several will not work due to the side pins and I CANT get anyone it repair. They used to have a repairman come from the company and they dont do that anymore. I am an elderly woman and cant get my windows fixed. Poor service

  We had all the windows in are home replaced with Polaris made windows and after about 6 months now we are still waiting on all four double hung windows because they cant seam to get the center beam completely center and or flush. They have remade the frames 5 times and still cant get it resolved. I would never suggest this company to anyone, they just dont seam to concerned with all the hassle and just keep saying they need to check with quality control. I DONT THINK THEY HAVE ANYONE IN THAT DEPARTMENT !!! All they tell me every time is well we have to remake them and as always after about 4-5 weeks I get told they arent good, but they enjoy telling me Im the only one having this problem, IMPOSSIBLE

  horrible experience, I had multiple defective windows that were replaced with defective windows. I have not recieved any compensation or an apology. it's still ongoing 2 years later.

  ABSOLUTE JUNK!! I purchased 13 flimsy Dynaweld windows and half of them were defective. The sash latches would stick open and when the window sash was raised, it would fall forward and rip right out of the frame! This happened to 2 windows!. I contacted Modern Builder Supply, who owns Polaris Windows, and they offered me "parts" to repair 2 windows that failed and were beyond repair! They didnt even bother to look at the photos I emailed them that clearly showed these windows were not repairable as the cheap, thin, plastic vinyl frames were busted. So, I sued them and won my case! In the meantime, I go back to purchase a replacement window (only because I want all the windows to match) and my customer's home has a big hole in the side of it covered with plywood (a 7 month ordeal) and they refuse to sell to me a replacement window because I did the right thing and sued them! STAY AWAY!!!! Pathetic product and even worse customer service!!!!!! Not only is their product JUNK, their treatment of their customer's is obviously just as bad. To this day the son's of b****** refuse to make this right!
