    Long story short, I informed SVS that I would like to return the speaker. SVS claimed that they scheduled the free FedEx pick up for 12/23/22. FedEx never showed up. Later, FedEx said that SVS did not schedule any pickup for 12/23.

    On multiple occasions, SVS said the speaker could be returned in May or even June eg "until 6/21/23."

    SVS received the speaker no later than 6/6/23. Please see attached screenshot of FedEx return delivery.

    Despite SVS's shenanigans, I still returned the speaker in a timely manner. Months later, SVS has not refunded the $752.49 despite being required to do so. I have repeatedly contacted many people at SVS, including the president, but everyone at SVS ignores us. Such misbehavior is evident in the attached Word document which shows many ignored emails.

    Calling SVS did not help. They refused to discuss the matter. They literally (not figuratively) hung up the phone. It seems that SVS has no problem with stealing a customer's money.

    I had posted a detailed, factual review on the SVS website, but SVS removed the review. Clearly, they do not want anyone to see how they (SVS) cheat people. SVS must prominently post my negative review unedited on the SVS website forever.

    Please also see SVS's website and their customer bill of rights. They have violated multiple of their own promises. SVS is falsely advertising to trick customers into buying; therefore, SVS must entirely remove its bill of rights.

    Again, the attached Word document shows just how badly SVS has cheated me and misbehaved in various ways.

    I repeatedly bent over backwards to work with SVS despite SVS causing me injury at every turn.

    Please help. Firstly, SVS owes me more than $752.49 and needs to fully refund me NOW.
