    On January 3, 2025 I took my semi truck to get serviced here for an oil leak. The gentle who greeted I showed him pictures on my phone he even allowed me to speak with the mechanic and i showed him pictures as well. I told them specifically about this problem even physically showing them.

    Between January 11 or 12 i went to check on the truck due to the time it had been there. I noticed that oil was still on the engine. I was told they would steam clean the engine before i took out their shop.

    On January 13, 2025 i went to pick the truck up and was assured the problem had
    been fixed. On my next work day while
    driving the truck i noticed oil was still leaking out the right side which i had told
    them to fix. Not only was the oil leak still
    present the truck wouldnt stay started for long periods of time which was not an
    issues when i first took the truck in. So i took the truck back in assuming they would correct the oil problems.

    On February 4, 2025 i went in to pick the truck. The second time i went in. This time they didnt want to honor their warranty regarding the oil leak.

    This company said they fixed things thst i did not asked to have fixed I specifically stated my reason at first contact was the out leak.

    I reached to the manager Mr. Newman he told that his mechanics frowned when they would see me and my truck coming in. I was told not to bring my truck back there and that I was not allowed on their premises.

    To be honest ive never ever been rude or negative in anyway for Mr. Newman to tell me that. If i were a problem why take my money I spent $10, 203.38 and my problem still isnt fixed. Im totally disappointed as this company did not honor their word or their warranty.
