    I had the business come out for a cleaning estimate, discussed with. my spouse and we decided it was too expensive and we couldn't pay this amount. I contacted them 2 weeks before anything was done and they still came back with wanting me to give them $150 for their inconvenience or they would send me to collections and want the whole $700+. I called in plenty of time for them to fill my spot since he said how busy they were. He didn't even give me a minute to explain my situation and started screaming at me on the phone. Very unprofessional business, I will never call them for carpets or yard work. If I would have called the day before it would have been different. I signed a service agreement but I never received a copy to tell me I had 3 days, when I called two weeks ahead I thought I was giving them plenty of time.

    First off Ms. ****** is stealing from a small mom and pop business who’s employees rely on the work for income to feed their babies. Our company relies on people keeping their word, bidding by their promise to pay should they cancel their service agreement that was lawfully signed by them. Ms. ******* said, and I quote in her own writing “I signed a service agreement”. She immediately was sent a copy of her services agreement when she signed and hit “I accept the terms of the agreement and the 3 day right to rescind” She was also told verbally,That if she did not receive the email with her signature on the agreement to call the office that day and we would send it over. We did not here from her… She was outside her 3 day right to cancel when she cancelled, again in her own words. As we explained to her there is a cancellation fee verse the entire amount. We gave her ample time to take care of this minimal fee and she continued to refuse payment to our small mom and pop company. Apparently to her, a legal binding Service Agreement means absolutely nothing. Per her agreement we retain the right to collect this debt in full as we have exhausted all reasonable ways to get Ms. ******* to pay the small cancellation fee.
