    November 3, 2022 Computer Crisis take files/info from old computer and put into my new HP laptop. Everything was fine until last week when all these black windows started appearing on my screen when I started up my computer. I took it to **** ****** **** *** ** **** ** and they told me that Computer Crisis (in Avon, OH) put a prompt for a command window to open repeatedly to force it to shut down. That way you would go back to Computer Crisis for service repair. **** ***** said they had at least 5 times this past week computers coming in with the same problems and they have all had previous service by Computer Crisis in Avon.
