    Above All Equipment delivered to us a Reconditioned ******* 32/26 Scissor Lift that was not in working condition upon arrival and refuses to provide us the needed parts to get the unit working or take the unit back and refund us our money.

    They also seem to be working with a company called ***** equipment out of Arizona on our transaction. *****************

    We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation regarding *** ***** *****'s purchase.
    The equipment in question was signed for by ***** ***** upon delivery, confirming that it arrived in working order. Several days later, *** ***** contacted us multiple times, claiming the upper control box was defective. Despite our initial assessment that the machine was fully functional when it left our facility, we took an extra step to ensure his satisfaction by drop-shipping a brand-new control box at no cost to him—a $600 expense on our part.
    Even after receiving this courtesy replacement, *** ***** continued to call our team persistently, despite our best efforts to address his concerns. We believe we have gone above and beyond to resolve this matter in good faith.
    Above All Equipment Sales stands behind the quality of the equipment we sell, but we cannot take responsibility for issues that arise after delivery, particularly when the unit was signed for in working condition. We strive to provide excellent customer service and have done everything reasonable in this case to support *** *****.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this business does not display the level of customer service that I am accustomed to. I am not going to pursue this any further despite the fact that I have incurred out of pocket additional expenses to get the purchase I made up and running.  I would caution others against making purchases from this organization.

    I spoke to the owner, Keith S*********, a few times in 2021. Around February 2022 we started talking more about me purchasing one of his Genie Forklifts. We agreed upon an amount, I sent him $5,000 on May-04, 2022 as a deposit. A couple weeks later, he sent me an invoice for the entire amount. I told him that I could travel to California, pick it up, and give him a cashier's check. He said he could work it out even though he's in Ohio. This was the last response I received from him on June 14th, 2022. I followed up in a couple weeks and he didn't respond. I tried phone, email, etc. No response. I called my local Genie dealer and provided them with the serial number on my invoice (13885) and he said the unit had been sold and delivered to Above All Equipment. I'm still out the deposit money and don't have the machine I was promised.
