    On April 5th, 2023, I contracted with Travis W**** owner of Fairfield Pole Buildings and Construction Services to build an unattached building / garage at my home residence. He required a deposit of $20,000 which he promptly cashed. He has done no work on the building for which construction was supposed to begin in early May and be completed in about a month which would be early - mid June. He has lied and made excuses for 6 months. We are to the point where he refuses to communicate or refund the deposit. This has been an awful experience. I have contacted the Ohio Attorney General's Office hoping for a positive mediation result, but fully expect I will need to pursue criminal charges and civil lawsuit.
