      I paid a bill to Labcare Plus back in May 2022 that was submitted or coded incorrectly by my doctor. After I paid, my doctor REsubmitted with he correct preventative code. Labcare never refunded what I paid of $147. I called in January, 2023 and was told by **** that she could see where I had a credit, but didn't know when I would receive it. I have been trying several times to call, left several voicemail messages with no return call. I just now called Quest who bought Labcare, and was told this time, that they have no record of anything from May 2022 for me. The ticket number on my bill is ********.
