      I was excited to use plumbing 911 because of the great reviews. However, I am disappointed with the communication (driver is suppose to call on their way - he did not and called saying he was in the driveway) the diagnostic was horrible and he didnt even do it. He was at my house for 8-10 minutes. Said it was this pipe that was leaking and gave us the amount ($900) and said he would be back the next day and would call us in the morning to let us know when he would be there. Again, didnt call and I had to contact them. He showed up at 1pm and told us that the water would need to be off for 2-3 hours. He knew ahead of time that we were having a home inspection done at 1:30 but said hed be here before that. Anyways, he replaced a pipe and said we were good to go (He also never told us when he was shutting the water off) We went in the basement after a shower and it was still leaking. We called back and he came out again. He wouldnt listen to us to show him where the water was leaking and brushed it off some clean up company. We said enough with this company and had to call out another plumber to come out. Needless to say, this company basically took $900 and it didnt even fix it.

      This is a wonderful company to depend on for plumbing needs. All the staff that I was in contact with was polite, friendly and competent. They kept me informed of arrivals and appointments. They responded quickly to my needs. I have used them several times for plumbing concerns.

      Very terrible service. I have used this company multiple times in the past two years. I have encountered the same issue again!! I called the company this morning asking to speak with someone in charge about my complaint. A representative by the name of Brandy answered the phone Brandy then stated she would pass my message along to the owner in which the owner WOULD NOT return my call, Brandy stated she was the general manager, and no one was above her. After further discussion on the matter, Brandy then stated she was simply an office manager. She refused to transfer me or allow anyone else to help. After being hung up on. I called back in which she answered the phone by saying my name and told me to please hold and then left me on hold for an uncalled amount of time before disconnecting me.
