    Heres the revised email with the Complaint Regarding Incomplete and ********************** from **** Window Cleaning Dear Better Business Bureau of Akron,I am writing to formally file a complaint against **** Window Cleaning for the unsatisfactory and incomplete services rendered at my residence in July 2024. I hired **** Window Cleaning based on a strong recommendation from a friend and their frequent presence in my neighborhood. Given their reputation, I expected high-quality service that would enhance the appearance of my home.The services I requested included power washing my roof and cleaning the stucco on my house. Unfortunately, the service provided fell far short of expectations:1. **Incomplete Service**: An entire section of my roof was left unwashed.2. **Inconsistent Quality**: Approximately 30% or more of my stucco was cleaned unevenly, resulting in a patchy appearance that looks worse than before. Previously, the stucco was weathered but consistent in color; now, it appears uneven and poorly maintained.Considering the significant cost of the service, I am deeply disappointed with the outcome. I have made multiple attempts to contact **** Window Cleaning to address these issues, including several phone calls and emails, but I have received no response.Given the lack of response and resolution, I am requesting either that they rectify the situation by completing the work to a satisfactory standard or provide a full refund for the service. I am going to have to now paint my house to make it look one color if they cant fix the appearance. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
