    I was going to rent from this company in March of 2024. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I never ended up moving in because the place was unlivable. The floor in the bathroom was caving in, the drywall in the living room around the window was falling part, the place was never cleaned from the previous tenant, and so much more. I have a ton of photos to show just how bad this place was. It was located on 529 ****** in *****. The property manager (*******) said she couldnt believe what a disaster the place was. They sent a maintenance guy over there to let me in to look at the place while he sat in his truck. I was desperate and needed a place to live. They said theyd take care of stuff and never did. I was given the option to get my $900 deposit back and thats what I chose as I needed to move that weekend. One of the owners **** contacted me and told me they would have the place cleaned up but I told him I needed my money back because I had to move that particular weekend. He original refused to give my money back and was very unprofessional. Then he said he had 30 days to get me my money. Never heard from him again and he wont return my calls or texts. If I could rate them a zero I would. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. They took advantage of me and they DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR PROPERTIES! I know what they did to me was illegal because you cant collect rent from two different tenants. I have all the proof if I could post pictures. Im willing to take suggestions on how to proceed if anyone can help because they are unresponsive.

    Slumlord owner!!!! The management company can only do so much with it. Beware, they will leave you with no power for days cause they have your fuse box locked up so you can't even reset when life happens. Don't rent from them if you don't want to deal with the other drugged out tenants.

    A tenant was moving out of the downstairs unit of the home I'm renting. I was asked if I had any belongings in the basement and I told them I did and told them where it was. When I woke up today, 1/26/23, all of my property from the basement was thrown away on the front lawn. I called the landlord and he apologized and said it was a mistake. Later, one of the people that work for the business that moved the items came to my home and were very rude to me. I was told it was my fault the items were outside because I was sleeping and didn't answer the door.
