    I went to the Barbie/No Hard Feelings double feature on Thursday night and 30 minutes into No Hard Feelings the movie just stopped working. I went and knocked on the concessions stand doors to get someone’s attention and no one answered. About 20 minutes went by without anyone from the drive in noticing the issue. During that time some other cars left. I was starting to leave when someone notices and starts to try and fix it, but at that point the film wouldn’t end until 2am or later even if they fixed it quickly. The next day I tried calling their number to ask if they’d be letting customers come another night and the number can’t get you to a human and the machine literally says “don’t leave a message as this machine isn’t monitored”. Their Facebook page isn’t set up for messages, so I commented on their Facebook page asking if they were going to do anything to remedy the problem where customers didn’t get what they paid for. They deleted my comment twice and then blocked me. To top it all off, the soft pretzel was rock hard, the screen wasn’t bright enough to see very well, and they add an extra dollar to any transaction that you want to use a credit card for. All in all, won’t be going here again since they seem more interested in taking my money than delivering a good experience to their customers.
