    We have been trying to get a window replaced for our house as part of our warranty service for for close to a year. The repairs were supposed to take place March 2023. We had the technician come out in April to take measurements. We did. Or receive any contact back until October of 2023. When we were contacted they said the person that took the measurements was no longer with the company and they could not find his measurements. A new tech came back late October and then said when here that they did not have the right window in their truck. The replacement was rescheduled again for December. Again the company had not gotten the correct window. I contacted them back for an update on the resolution. The representative I spoke with said they were in a meeting and would call me right back. I never heard back and I contacted them again early January 2024. They said the window would be delivered to them on Jan 8th and we could set an appointment for two weeks later. That appt was set for today 1-18-24 and was told all was good to go. I received a phone call this morning from the technician that the window still was not in and he did not have it with him. The representative I have been dealing with said they were on the phone with ******* who supplies the windows to them and hopefully would have a resolution.
