1 starThis company dd work in my kitchen and bathroom from October 2023 to January 2024. In April of 2024, the floor began cracking and the base around the wall was coming out. I began calling in April of 2024 and no one ever came out. In July of 2024 I started emailing. Multiple calls and emails have been made for correction to be made to the kitchen and bathroom but here we are in June of 2025 and nothing is done. For the money that was spent, the floor should not be cracking, the base of the wall should be secure, the plumbing in the new sink should not be leaking, there should be no holes between the base of the window and the kitchen tiles, and I should not be seeing the old paint or wallpaper on the walls of the kitchen or bathroom. In the bathroom, I requested that all of the wallpaper be removed, and the upper part of the walls be painted. Wallpaper was left on the walls, and they painted over the wallpaper. The paint came off the wallpaper. I asked that all holes be sealed and that was not done. These are things that should not happen in a "new kitchen". I have asked numerous times for someone in charge to come out and put their eyes on the issues. Two people did come out during the month of April. An attempt to fix the base of the walls was done, but nothing else. There is not much traffic in this house. I feel the material used is of poor quality and the customer service is poor. My overall experience is zero stars. One is selected because this site is requiring me to select one.Review fromScott S

1 starThis was by far the worst remodeling experience I have ever had. From start to finish, it was a complete disaster. I had multiple different contractors in my home, and in the process, they severely damaged my hardwood floors. What was supposed to be a one-week project dragged on for an outrageous six months!
To make matters worse, we were forced to spend a week in a terrible hotel while they attempted to fix the floors they ruined. Class1 Pavers & Remodelers did pay for the hotel and half of our food, but that doesn’t excuse their incompetence. Their lack of communication was unbelievable. Our home was completely unfurnished during Christmas week, leaving our out-of-state relatives with no choice but to book hotel rooms instead of staying with us as planned.
When I confronted the company about their incompetence, a manager had the audacity to tell me that they were “bending over backwards” for me—simply for fixing what they damaged! That level of arrogance and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. My wife and I finally reached a breaking point and decided to cut our losses, refusing to let them continue working in our home. Every single aspect of this remodel was done incorrectly.
To top it all off, they even tried to silence me by making me sign an NDA, preventing me from sharing my experience. Fortunately, I have proof of everything. If you’re considering using Class1 Pavers & Remodelers, don’t do it. If you ignore this warning, make sure to record every conversation, take pictures, and document everything—because you will need it.

Class 1 Pavers and Remodelers did excellent quality work on both my concrete front porch in my present home and a beautiful deck they built in my last home
They do really great work in a timely manner I would highly recommend Class 1 Pavers for quality work that is really reasonably priced.

This company said they had top rating from the BB something like 15 years in a row. Communication was terrible. We were told our new porch would be demolished and rebuilt in May. As the month progressed I called and was told the salesperson would contact me. Days later he called and gave us a starting date. The crew did not show up on that date until late afternoon. After that we never knew when they would return. I had to call more than once to find out when they were going to be back. On the days they showed up, it was always mid afternoon and then they worked a few hours. The job took much longer than we were initially told. The brick work looks OK but cement dripped down the sides. There is an area in a corner (luckily away from the house) where water pools. A gap under the threshold was left unfinished. The foreman never came back, as promised, to check the work. We went through our city's building department to get after them to come finish it. We are not happy with the way that was finished. The job was completed it passed inspection. Took alittle longer because we had to order stone . No job is perfect stamp concrete has divittes because of the pattern. So u can’t help a few low spots that draw water. Thank youM. P.

No stamped concrete in this project. And by ordering stone, do you mean gravel? Because no stone was used. I know the job passed inspection but that doesn't mean we aren't disappointed in the look of the finished look.Review fromDiane D

3 starsI am highly disappointed in their customer service. We signed the estimate to start the work & was told it would take about 2 wks before they got the slab to do the front stoop. 7 wks later, after several text messages stating next week, the work was finally started & completed. Turns out, which we didn't notice due to dust & debris, there is a crack & chip out of the top part. I advised the owner of same and was told, that he will have the installer come out the following week. That week past and was told yes I am aware he didn't come out, will be out the following week. Needless to say, it's now been radio silence for 2 wks. I have since requested a refund of $100 so that we can do the repair ourselves. Based on their track record, I'm doubtful I will get a response.

5 starsI hired Class 1 Pavers and Remodelers to lay down concrete for a back patio and drive way extension. From the very beginning to the very end, they were absolutely amazing to deal with. They were even available on weekends to discuss scheduling and arrangements for the work to be done.
Furthermore we had deal with tornado weather and they were still out the very next day to get as much of the work done as possible with limited equipment and power outages in the surrounding areas that lasted for days.
They did everything in their power (non pun intended) to prevent delays with the job despite the server weather conditions the area was hit with.
The quality of work was amazing and could not be more happier with the finished product.
Lee and Bob (and his crew) were an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the process and took every opportunity to educate me as a customer on why the work had to be done a certain way while also explaining all options.
I would refer anyone to them. And I will be a returning customer as I also have some minor remodeling work that needs to be done.Review fromLee A

5 starsClass 1 Pavers did my gutters and downspouts, the installers were courteous and efficient! The gutter guards came with a 20 year guarantee, if they ever clogg they will come out and clear them. Also that guarantee will transfer to the new owners if it’s sold. Very happy with these guys!!
