    Date ordered: 12/17/23 Order #************ Item: Kneading Blade ************* Did not fit into machine. Called at least 5 times and could not get a human. Left messages indicating the situation that it does not fit; I have the original packaging. How do I return it? I've not received even ONE return call. I left all this information on their voice mails. My final call, asked them to at least have the courtesy to return my call to let me know they are unwilling to take the item back. I realize this is a minor amount; but as a senior citizen on a "fixed income"; it does matter to me. Thank You.

    We do not have a record of the consumer trying to contact us via phone or email however we have issued a full refund to the consumer today.  The consumer was also notified of the refund via email.
