I purchased my Cadillac XT6 from Crestmont Cadillac in Beachwood, Ohio. I had purchased a service contract at the time of sale. The dealership stated that the vehicle had a bumper to bumper warranty a cpo warranty. I started having issues within the first two months. I had taken the vehicle in repeatedly, called OnStar for help,  Today I’m going on 5 months without my vehicle but still paying my monthly payments and service plan, insurance with full coverage, and a service plan that I can’t use. This includes that my car already had a PRE PAID WARRANTY ON IT with a policy number which was to be transferred into my name and WASNT. But as I researched further the SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN using my policy to get money from the warranty company to cover all the repairs they stated they were fixing but couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I called the original manufacturer who I would think would be the first to be billed with all my warranties in place and they told me not one claim had came in on my vehicle. Perhaps maybe because they didn’t know how to fix their mistake they fraudulently made on my 172 CPO check point list. The VIN number on the paperwork is not correct and is not my VIN to my vehicle but underneath it has my stock number mileage color ect. When asking the used car sales manager Jim about this he said that they made a error and put the wrong VIN on my paperwork. I have contacted the FTC as they have been using a old buyers guide. Since the federal Magnusons-Moss federal law even if I had purchased the service contract for one day my used car is coved by law. I have reached out multiple times to the dealer without any success. Lastly late last week the new service manager BILL called repeatedly asking for me to come in and bring HIS LOANER  He aggressively stated on my voicemail that he needs it for other customers and my car is fixed ready to go. I told him I wanted to speak with Mr. **** the owner as I been waiting for months on the managers.

This is a long and problematic story created by the Crestmont Cadillac Dealership. The car I bought on April 8, 2024. It was a 2024 XT6 that had a “tech package”. It had severe safety issues with a transmission that slipped. It only had 4 miles on it when we purchased it. Within a week it began having issues. It had 114 miles when I took it back to the dealer. The State of Ohio has a tremendous Lemon Law which assisted me in using the General Motors Resolution Program. GM are the heroes in this story because they made me able to have the car repurchased with the possibility of buying another car just like the one I returned. This however is where the fairy tale turns into a nightmare with Crestmont Cadillac as the central antagonist. From the beginning the sales manager drug his feet, deflected and blamed everyone else for his stall tactics. Instead of helping me from the beginning (since they have experienced this issue before) he failed to be proactive and to assist me through this maze. He could have told me at the beginning of the process that I could not order a 2024 after the first of May. Instead if I wanted another replacement for my vehicle I would have to order a 2025. This late requirement changed the entire decision process and would have added extra expense. When I went in to order the new vehicle I had no alternatives. I am now stuck with a problem created by the dealer. Do not do businsss with this dealer. Buyer beware.

Title: A Comprehensive Misdiagnosis Comparable to a Doctor Amputating a Healthy Leg
I'd like to start this review by saying that I've never experienced such a confusing and disappointing level of service. My experience at the Cresmont Cadillac service department was analogous to a doctor amputating a healthy leg instead of treating the diseased one.
I visited their service center with a specific request: to replace my car's rear light fitting. However, upon my return, I discovered that they had replaced my rear view mirror, which was perfectly fine to begin with, while completely neglecting the part that I had requested service for.
In a separate incident, I entrusted them with my car only to receive it back in worse condition. The dashboard screen, which was crystal clear when I left the car in their care, was unexpectedly delaminated when I went to retrieve it. When I brought this up to them, they quickly dismissed my concern and casually termed it as a common issue, as if that was supposed to absolve them from the damage done to my car.
Each visit was characterized by a lack of proper communication and questionable problem-solving tactics. Not only did they fail to perform the services I explicitly requested, but they also created new problems and dismissed my valid concerns.
I write this review not out of spite, but in hope that Cresmont Cadillac's service department improves their procedures, ensuring future customers don't have to go through the frustration and dissatisfaction that I did. It's disheartening to entrust your car to professionals, only to have it returned in a worse state than when you left it. A mechanic's job is to fix and improve, not to disregard and deteriorate.

As a person of color, I have unfortunately experienced racial discrimination at Crestmont Dealership in Beachwood, Ohio. On March 31, 2023, between 3:30pm-4:30 pm, I entered the auto body shop garage and waited for someone to come and greet me. However, all the white individuals present just stared at me, and I felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed. After a few minutes, I got out of my car and entered the office to ask for service.
To my surprise, the body shop manager, John ********, refused to give me service and even refused to give me the owner's name. He was aggressive, loud, and extremely rude. He told me to get out of the office and left me feeling insulted and disregarded. As I turned around and left, I noticed that he had his phone raised like he was taking a picture of me. While on the other hand he served white car owners.
I had full auto coverage and cash on hand, but despite that, I was denied service and left feeling humiliated and discriminated against. I didn't understand why I was treated this way, especially when I had done nothing wrong. All I wanted was a simple service for my car, but instead, I was met with hostility and disrespect.
Feeling frustrated and upset, I decided to talk to the owner about the situation. However, the only thing he said was that he was sorry I felt that way, which left me feeling even more insulted and disregarded. He didn't ask me if there was anything he could do to rectify the situation or offer any solutions to make it right.

This place took my car and sold me a lemon . I have had my car for only 9 days , I have been there 3 times talked to plenty of managers they have refused to help me about a water pump and coolant leak. So instead of helping me they told me to go somewhere else where. I have called and spoke to jim and Anthony service manager and used vehicle manager. I called Volkswagen to get service since crestmont refused to help me they can’t get me in until Tuesday October 8th. So I called crestmont back about a loaner they want me to rent a car on my own and they will cover my cost up to a certain amount . So I asked well since my old car is still on the lot can I drive that since Jim started yelling and screaming at me absolutely not you cannot drive that car. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life I never have had such bad customer service. They are rude they don’t care about helping you at all . First and last car I will be buying from them they were so nice but when I have issues with the car they were so rude. No matter how nice they are at the beginning do not buy a car from there.
