      Worst company ever. I did went ****** **** ** ****** ***** and certified 10 staff in CPR and paid for the cards. That has been almost 2 months now with no payment at all and when I just went up and ask them, they said they didn't know when the check would be cut. I hope they have to miss a paycheck so they can pay a bill late too.

      My review is based on my experience with the Sabre Healthcare Group's Berea Nursing and Rehab facility in Fredericksburg, VA. My 86 year old mother was a resident there for about a year and a half before she died in June 2023. Given the choice, I would not, nor would my two siblings, use this facility for nursing care for our mother again. The facilities director and head nurse would not follow-through on specific care for my mother, although we discussed issues with them several times. Turnover was a huge issue, 3 head nurses in 1.5 years. The facility would not allow us to speak or meet with their attending physician. I had 4-5 instances of prescriptions that were not part of her insurance formulary ordered even after I informed and requested alternatives and appealed to the Sabre Group corporate office for help. The result was large bills that we had to pay. One concern was the physician ordering dental services that were outside my mothers insurance coverage, without getting permission to do so. I just received a bill 12 months after the service to pay myself. If you want sound medical care for your loved ones - look elsewhere!!

      Early that day my caretaker came in to check on my mother she was some in pain he couldn't get nurse to come to the room he went to the main office if you don't get a nurse to come in the room he going to pull her out


      Later on that night on January 11, 23 Walk in my mother was having a stroke. I told the nurse give her some medication ?? and Walk away leaving my mother there I asked her if call 911 she said no the head nurse I told her u can't leaving her here she told me do every you want. Call cleveland clinic to help me told me bring her in call ?? 911 How can they do this to her. Don't send your love one in they don't care . It should be one star ?? or nothing
