  We Just had Garfield Redo our whole Home. Our Rep Sam started by putting together a set of 3 Views to what our home could look like after we picked the color and materials we wanted. Sam did his part in a very short period of time. Once all was agreed upon the material was Ordered and then arrived in a few short weeks. A date was set to start, the crew then arrived and in 2 short Days our home was completed. The crew, hard working started at 8am and finished each day roughly at 6:30PM. They were Detailed, Neat, Clean and everything else you could ask for.
  So in closing Garfield was Worth Every Penny and I can't say enough about the Whole Experience working with this Company. We Highly Recommend Garfield for your Home.....

  From the initial call through completion of our roofing project, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience than what we had with Garfield 1-2323!
  I’ve always been one to get multiple quotes on any project, big or small. But from the moment I met with Sam, I was instantly impressed and felt very comfortable and confident to the point where I didn’t seek out any other quotes or meet with any other contractors (a true first for me).
  Sam was very thorough and detailed in all his explanations, and his passion for what he does was very apparent. His suggestions were extremely helpful, and I really felt like he took care of our home like it was his own. The amount of time he spent talking on the phone, in person, through text/email was very much appreciated and made us confident we had made the right decision. He even took the time to walk around our neighborhood with me, looking at other roofs, explaining different options which was very insightful.
  I mentioned liking the look of slate, and the possibility of a slate-look roof without the cost and maintenance of real slate. Sam found us the perfect shingle and look for our house! His attention to detail and architectural eye were helpful in choosing the right color/size/scale roof for our home.
  The pricing was very reasonable- very much in line with what I had expected the project to cost.
  The crew took their time, and took very good care of our yard, house and landscaping. They were more concerned with doing the job right as opposed to rushing to get it done quickly. They used a property protection system I’ve never seen any roofing company use before. They cleaned up very thoroughly at the end of each day, and on the last day it was like they had never been there.
  I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sam and the crew at Garfield 1-2323 to family and friends (in fact, I already have). It’s nice to know there are still companies out there that take pride in their work with top notch customer service!

  Herb and his company were highly professional and responsive to our needs. They swiftly addressed any issues we raised and delivered excellent results. Our worn-down wooden house has been beautifully transformed into a multi-colored vinyl masterpiece. Herb and his company made the entire experience hassle-free. They completed the whole project in a more than reasonable amount of time. We are delighted with the outcome and wholeheartedly recommend Herb's services for anyone seeking outstanding exterior renovation work.
  In addition, they also constructed a portico for us that exceeded our expectations. Their workmanship and attention to detail were impeccable. We are extremely satisfied with the end result and highly recommend their services. 5 stars!

  I worked with Sam who was totally awesome. He made sure I had everything I need for my vinyl siding and gutters project to move forward, STRESS FREE. My 2 man crew was beyond anything I could ask for. I tend to be a little OCD, but they handled me and the job with care and professionalism. I look forward to doing other business with them in the future! THANK YOU GARFIELD 12323! Best looking house on the block!

  The owner personally came to my home and promised that if I hired his company I would not be disappointed and surly so I'm NOT! They did an Amazing Amazing Job, very professional and kind, customer service excellent, work crew was great and on time with great quality of work. My house was a not so cute house but now is a show stopper of the street LOVE IT!!!!

  One morning I was looking out my kitchen window,and I look at the home on the street behind my house. I saw the most beautiful work transforming that home. I hope in my car and drove over to that street to get the number of the company doing the work. It was Garfield 12323. I called them immediately. The next day I receive a call back from Sam. He introduced himself and we made an appointment for him to come out to our home. He listen to what we wanted done to the home,and the color scheme we wanted. I also told him, I wanted to tear out my entire front porch including, gutters and I wanted a deck porch with large poles and also the steps. I wanted wood that I would not have to do a lot of work to. Sam listen, gave a few suggestions and within a few days he returned with lots of different types of samples of colors for the home and composite wood samples for the porch. Sam and his crew are the best in the business. They are total professionals in all aspects of the job. If something wasn't exactly that I wanted there was not a problem with changing it. I have a beautiful, gorgeous home that i smile every time I drive into my drive way. I have so many people stop to say how beautiful the home renovation is. My home looks and feels great. I almost forgot I also had new soffits put up on the front and back porch, just love the new look. The crew is the best, never knew they had been there at the end of the day. My husband and I also feel like we made a new friend in Sam. He will be doing more work in two years, can't wait. thank you Sam and Garfield 12323 and Cody and crew. Lastly a few of our friends have driven past the house looking for the old one. Love my new house.

  We worked with Sam and his team to replace our roof and install vinyl siding. Sam was extremely responsive to our plans and was upfront with his statement of work and pricing. The entire project came in on-time and on budget. We had a situation arise that neither of us anticipated and Sam was quick to assist with the repairs and very fair on pricing. The fact that we could trust Sam not to take advantage of us after our old siding came off will ensure that we will recommend Garfield 1-2323 and Sam to all of our friends and acquaintances. Our house is beautiful and comfortable! Thank you, Sam!

  We couldn't be happier with our new siding! Sam ***** was fantastic from start to finish to be sure the project went well. After having a terrible contractor this summer, who did a horrible job on our deck and windows...What a relief to deal with a professional and responsible company. They checked on the newly installed windows and fixed them and now they look great! I highly recommend Garfield 12323!! Funny little aside, I grew up seeing the commercial and the jingle. One day I was wtching a show on the Pluto tv app and the commercial came on! Well that was an aha moment for me. I hadn't thought of Garfield in years and to me it was a sign to call them after what we had been through with our previous contractor. Best decision ! Thanks to Sam and the hardworking crew!!
