The windows and patio door I ordered from Zen were just installed and I’m very happy with the quality of the product and installation. Working with Jeff was easy, straight forward, and a no sales pressure process. He gave me several options with upfront pricing to choice from. The ordering and installation schedule went without a hitch. Barry the installer worked around my schedule and was meticulous, he went up and beyond to make the windows look perfect. I would highly recommend Zen windows!

5 starsThis is a company with integrity. Straight forward with what they give for prices. No hidden fees. The windows they installed for me in my kitchen are good top quality! They work fast and the guy name Tim was very sincere and for real. No weirdness. He is a very nice person. His assistant was very polite. They laid out rugs to work on so the floors would not get punctured or scratched. It’s been a long time since I’ve done business with good and honest people. These guys work straight forward. They don’t disrupt or offend the neighbors. It’s just a good clean straight forward and good business. They install and then you pay. You’re safe using Zen Windows in the Cleveland Ohio area. Highly recommended. 5 Stars! A+!
