    March 6, 2020 ****** Construction added drainage with perforated pipe & gravel to back yard to keep from holding water. Raised grade with 9 yards of dirt. Also put 2 wall braces on outside of patio & resurfaced the wall with theroseal.
    Cost was $4,790 with a "15 year warranty". This work was to stop my patio wall from moving from water build up. I noticed that the lower patio wall seems to be pushing against farthest brace. The concrete appears to be pushing out around 1 - 2 inches and cracking up in spots. I called, texted, and emailed ****** over 30 to 60 days ago to see if he would come back to at least talk about a resolution.. I even offered to pay him for his gas. I have not rcvd any feedback, or reply. It feels like I'm being ignored. PLEASE HELP ! Also I do still have the signed contract with amended 15 year warranty.

    My concern is with my Business Response... If I accept his "I will contact the consumer.

    That will close out the case... What if he does not call me ? He didn't respond for months until I contacted BBB.

    Business called BBB stating that they did go out last week and address the consumers issues. They will be following up with him the Spring as well.

    ****** Brothers did inspect wall & stated they would patch up cracks in spring time... I asked about adding 1 more steel brace since it's obvious the wall has & is moving. Mr. ****** told me it would cost me $500.00... I asked if he would split the cost with me ? He said "Maybe" he would consider talking about the brace after patching concrete cracks. I believe patching cracks in patio wall is a band aid.
