  I have used this company in the past. Thought I would contact them again. he quoted me $350 MIN Charge to clean a DRYER vent! He said I am outside his service area - when it states he services Montgomery and Greenecounties. I am in Montgomery Co. About 15 minutes from Beavercreek (if that). Thanks, but no thanks. Highway robbery. You say no bait and switch, then do this....

  Not sure why the false & slander statements and review?
  Sandra reached out to us through the BBB request on or about the end of December to clean her Dryer Vent again, we serviced Sandra approx. 4 years ago. We NO longer service 45424, it is outside our "normal service area". We still try to service customers requesting us back in this area but require more to come out. Our website states our minimums in multiple areas in bold and capitalized print to "PLEASE READ". We sent Sandra multiple screen shots from our website.. And called Sandra to speak with her about her review, Sandra would not speak with us and hung up the phone.. Sandra clearly did not read website, and this review is false unjustified.
  Sandra was sent multiple response emails to a BBB request email she submitted for Dryer Vent Cleaning, to sum up emails: stating we no longer serviced her area and we could service again but our minimum service charge for 45424 is $350 plus sales tax, and that she could add more services to reach the minimum if she wanted.
  Sandra is correct, it does state we service Montgomery County, and we do service areas of Montgomery county just not 45424 of Montgomery County. it's a large County.
  Sandra states she is 15min from us... Sandra's address is approx. 28 min from our shop. x round trip of 2 = 56 min of travel time + onsite Dryer Vent cleaning avg time of 1 hour, + low avg of 20 min office and shop time = Approx. 2 hours and 25 min total job time... Hence the reason we no longer service 45424 for only Dryer Vent Cleanings.. and have a higher minimums for customers still wanting to higher us for our outstanding services in this area as well as other areas outside our "normal service area''.
  Sandra states "bait and switch" Not sure if Sandra understands the meaning... Sandra was given a quote/estimate via email prior to any scheduling and had option not to hire, Sandra was also given instructions via email stating how to see our minimums for zip codes on our website. ALL prices were given upfront in writing prior to any scheduling.
  A simple thank you but i don't need any other services at this time from Sandra would have been fine, for us trying to service her again.

  I informed this business owner on 12/27/23 that I wanted no further contact with him after repeated phone calls, text messages and emails. I have them saved. I want no further contact with this business especially with the falsehoods stated above.

  It was our second time using Earth Pro Clean. My husband and I were satisfied. Two procedures stood out: 1) David did a preliminary tour of all the areas that need to be cleaned and jolted down notes. 2) He pre-vacuumed, pre-treated certain areas, and then shampooed.
  David was responsible. He was almost done cleaning up but he unwound the hose and cleaned that little kitchen rug that I tagged on at the last minute. I felt bad but was thankful.
  I recommend Earth Pro Clean with no hesitation.

  Fantastic! David was so professional, informative and a true gentleman. He arrived early after confirming we'd be home. He evaluated our needs, explained everything to us and got to work. We anticipated clean carpets, but when David was done we were in of how amazing everything looked, felt and smelled. Truly astounding results and we are, forever grateful. The free online booking and quote system was terrific too and the price was honest and fair. The whole experience, especially his professionalism and efficiency, was extraordinary.   This is the second time Dave has cleaned the tile & grout in my breezeway: it gets pretty dirty, but Dave makes it look new again. Great work, professional & courteous, on-time & every put back as it was. Highly recommend this company.

  Have had Earth Pro out to two of my properties now. Dave is highly educated and very knowledgeable. He’ll go out of his way to make your cleaning project as good as possible. He also takes precautions to protect doors, corners, floors from hoses and lines. Highly recommend and please support this great local business!

  I am an 8 time repeat customer. Dave and Earth Pro Clean have always been transparent, honest and 100% in their cleaning as well as carpet assessment.
  As carpets age, there is only so much that can be cleaned/extracted and that should be expected by anyone having this service done.
  Dave always lets the customer know every detail from start to finish so they have a realistic expectation.
  NO cleaning company in my prior 24 years of Active Military service has come remotely close to Dave and his cleaning and trusting capacity.
  Customer for life!
