    He’s the worst. always late, never works a full day. baits you with a cash discount. sub contracts out the work and the worst, spends the deposit but not on supplies for your job. Assured us of a two week completion amd quits on week nine after we hold him accountable.

    I would not recommend Corey ******** with William Rife Constructions or as an individual contractor. He requested half down deposit to install two garage doors. Although he was overpriced, we agreed to the deposit. He set the install date a month out and now cannot complete the job and won't refund the deposit money. We will be taking him to small claims court!!
