      Ive told the company that i have allergies to Latex and **** with the company said that he would see what he could do about the head gear for my resmed cpap machine. so since august 19 ,2024 Ive had latex head gear even after i told them i have allergies to rubber/Latex . this is causing itching of the scalp and my nose swells closed at times.

      We will reach out to the client and schedule an appointment for her to try a form mask, most CPAP masks are made with a silicone/rubber pillow or cushion. Had we been aware at the time of setup we would have never recommended a mask with either of those on it. We will contact the client and get her into one of the two mask we have that do not have silicone or Rubber.

      After speaking with RT that set up client, she is long time user of CPAP and had used same CPAP mask since 2022 and wanted to keep the same mask. The complaint of the headgear that's made out of a fabric not a rubber or latex. The RT has called and left a message on the number provider by BBB and reached out via email letting the client know we can try to get her into a different mask, but the mask the client is currently using has a fabric headgear and the only part of the mask that could be silicone/rubber is the cushions/pillow of the mask. We are more than happy to fit the client into a foam mask, which we would have recommended during her August setup had we been informed of the allergy at that time we inform all of our clients of the mask pillows/cushions being made of a silicone/rubber material due to this situation. If client contact the BBB please have her reach out to us so that we can discuss getting her a new mask.

      have requested cpap tubing and head gear non rubber products and have not received them to the present day res med supplies requested three times and have not received

      We've reached out several times in regards to supplies the last time we reached out in September the phone number we had was disconnected. We did get an updated phone number from the BBB office today. I reached out to this client today and left a message for the client explaining her insurance only covers supplies every 6 months but if she would like to purchase them out of pocket they are able to do so. We will wait to hear back from the client.
