    Packs construction did my fence without issue. They however started my deck without a permit and has been very dishonest about their efforts to attain a permit. The communication slowly ended and I have an abandoned half built deck. It has been a frustrating journey. I would not recommend them for anything complex. But I also got the vibe that they were more interested in easier projects that pays more. My project was small so they probably decided to burn me to chase bigger fish. Be careful!

    Packs Construction, and owner/contractor Justin, just completed my full composite 12 x 16 deck. He was very professional, easy to work with, met deadlines, responded timely and kept all his promises. He promised to build my deck in 4 days and he met that goal. Justin took care of all the permitting and inspections, and despite some roadblocks with the city permit office, he maintained a level of calm and professionalism. The deck was done with time and care, and very detailed. I am completely happy with the outcome and I would highly recommend this company for your home improvement needs. Next up, a fence and minor interior upgrades.

    Very happy with my new deck with awning. They did a great job! communicated well, and were fast and professional . Even replaced an outside outlet that wasn’t up to code for no extra charge. I would recommend using them and would hire them again in the future.
