We had a fire in our kitchen which took our entire kitchen and left soot and ash throughout our home, Our insurance recommended Servpro. Paul Wyatt came and sold us a bill of goods! He said that he would set everything up and take care of everything! The cleaners would come and clean all the rooms and walls and floors and would box up everything carefully> all things' that were ruined would be put aside to be shown to me> nothing would be thrown away without my ok! Turns out the cleaning people threw away so many things and did not ask about any of them, many of my belongings that were said to be thrown away I actually have on my doorbell camera video the cleaning ladies putting the items in their personal vehicles. They took a Shark Steam vac valued at over $250, They also took A Dayton Fan valued at over $400 dollars, they filled black Garbage bags filled with 100s of dollars worth of Bath and Body Works candles, hand soaps, hand lotions, body lotions, hand sanitizers, and shower gels. Also missing were many designer lotions priced no less than $50 a piece. Some purchased on vacation overseas!
When I brought this up to Paul he played surprised. Paul argued with me until I showed him the video and then asked what he could do. he said if I told the insurance company it was going to slow down my claim ALOT. he asked what amount would make me more comfortable. I said I would not agree with anything because I was not him. I did not have enough proof to pursue legal recourse so I told him to donate $500 to fireman charity. This company has no pride in their work, no loyalty toward their customers, no scruples in their business practices> they are crooks, scam artists and liars. They are sleazy and misrepresent themselves every time they open their mouths. It is all led by Paul Wyatt. He tells you everything you want to hear to feel like you are in the best hands and then is MIA. he is the head scam artist! DO NOT trust them! DO NOT use them!! Deserve zero stars!!

This particular Servpro is nothing more than a scam. I called them by recommendation of my insurance company as we had a small fire in our kitchen. A man named Paul Wyatt shows up and acts like this is going to be great and easy and they'll be there with us all the way. That's a lie. They brought in a crew of people who packed and stored our stuff. They took apart things that were too large to move and brought them back still apart and did not put them back together. My wife and I are senior citizens and our health is not the best. Leaving us in this position is unethical. This Paul is nothing but a liar he can't even keep his story straight. I wouldn't have these people vacuum my carpet let alone allowing them to scam my insurance company out of over $19,000 and then wanted another $500 from us! I knew they were a scam when I was trying to get it scheduled to bring back our stuff and he tells me they need the money up front before they deliver our stuff back. I smelled a snake and it stunk! Paul gave me an excuse why they wanted the money up front but I read between the lines. These people are professional scammers. When they say it's like it never happened as their slogan goes, that's also a lie. I am leaving one star because this thing will not allow me to continue on without giving a star rating. If it were up to me they would get no stars at all.
