      I read the other reviews and I don't doubt these people are telling the truth having experienced the same. I cannot emphasize this enough: DON'T LET THIS COMPANY ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR HOME.

      Their customer service lines and scheduling are awful. Not to mention they must pay their electrical technician $300 an hour for the amount they charge you.

      Scheduled for an estimate between 8 am and noon. Dispatcher called at 10 am saying the tech was on his way. An hour and half later he shows up and sits in his van for about 5-10 mins. Walks in my home and looks completely confused. Wouldn’t listen to what myself or my husband had to say considering we already had the problem diagnosed and only needed an estimate.
      When he asked what the dryer vent pipe was….I told my husband to get rid of him! No way was I going to hire a company that sends a tech that doesn’t even know anything coming out the back of a dryer had absolutely nothing to do with plumping.

      Furnace broke and they came out a few hours later. Recommended a replacement AC unit and furnace for 23,000. My wife felt pressured to accept while I was at work. I declined since I was on the phone. I got 3 other quotes with similar products between 10,500 and 13,500.
      The greed is sickening.

      I called arco comfort air out to fix my heating system. The company said it was $2,100 to fix but they recommend replacing it for $23,000 dollars. Their representative stated what was wrong and I told him I know enough about furnaces to know iit was not true.i got a second opinion and the next HVAC person came out and said it was a relay and it was a 2 minute fix. Did not even cost me $100.

      Disappointed with the level of professionalism and expertise.
      Based on the recommendation of a local resident I utilized the services of Arco Comfort Air.
      Frankly, I am surprised that they are still in business.
      I explained my displeasure to the receptionist who said, "I am sorry, you know that your AC unit is old". The receptionist did not allow me to speak to a licensed technician nor with someone who had the authority to make an adjustment to my payment due their initial misdiagnosis.
      Initially, the service technician stated that a OEM Condenser Fan Motor was needed. I accepted his recommendation and he installed the Motor. I informed the company the following day, that the air conditioning unit was still not cooling and requested that they return to correct the problem. Upon returning a new technician gave a totally different diagnosis.
      The initial technician said I needed an OEM Condenser Fan Motor to solve the problem. This was at a cost of $974.00. I obviously did not need the fan motor as it did not resolve the problem. The second technician said that refrigerant was need; this cost $306.01. With the refrigerant, the unit is cooling.
      I will definitely not use this company in the future and will certainly not recommend them to anyone.

      In respsonse to the company's request as to what they can do to make it right, I am requesting a refund of the $974.00 that I paid for the OE Condenser Fan Motor that was misdiagnosed by the Company's first technician who was sent to the property to diagnose and repair the unit.
      I am, therefore, requesting a full refund of the $974.00 for their misdiagnosis.

      AWFUL!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! The lady that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and did not even provide her name let alone that it's $200 to have someone just come out and diagnose what's wrong. I was only told about a $99 base charge. For them to diagnose what's wrong is another $100 which she failed to mention. She ALSO failed to inform us that since our system has R22 they can't help. Thankfully ***** the technician that came out did not charge us the second diagnostics fee and was able to tell us that **** can't help with R22. ***** was great but we are very upset with the company as a whole.

      Worst costumer service ever!! Called them on July 5th because our A/C quit working and it was 86 degrees outside, I did receive a call back from Brian ****** that evening and was told they couldn't get out that evening but could make it the next day, Told him that would be fine and he said someone would call me 1st thing in the morning to let me know what time.
      The next morning I waited till about 9am and called them, talked to a lady and she said since it was going to be like 90 degrees today and we had no A/C that it was and emergency and scheduling would be calling me right back to get someone out to check it, Again no call after 2 hours so called them again and got a different lady, but she said the same thing, so after another 2 hours called and asked if I could talk to someone else or scheduling and was told they would have to call me back I couldn't just be connected with them.
      Arco is the ones who we purchased from and even got the extended service contract from and yet they cannot even take the time to be bothered with our A/C not working on the very hot days, it was very humid and in the house it was like 84 degrees and here it is July 8th and still not able to get them to do anything or even call me back
      Please save yourself the issues in the future and stay away from this company and find one that truly puts their customers 1st
