1 starWe had a contract with them to replace a shower/bath combo. The installer did not cap the pipe correctly and flooded all 3 levels of our home. We had to file a home insurance claim. But if that isn't bad enough, we found that the salesman that we signed with lied about several things. He told us that their installers have been with the company atleast 15 years and are vetted. We found out the installer was a sub contractor. They also said we were saving money because they would use these great materials that they manufacture. That also wasn't true, as they are manufactured and used by several companies including **** ****** ****** etc. The material they came out with wasn't even the correct brand that we were charged for, they were cheaper look a likes. They said it was a mistake from the manufacturer but I dont believe a thing they say and I would highly caution anyone that is considering them. By the way even though they did all this, we still had to get an attorney involved to cancel our contract and subsequent financing.

5 starsI had a walk in shower put in and my bathtub removed. The gentlemen that did the job were efficient and respectful. There was a problem with the plumbing, which they explained, and told me it may take longer to finish the job because of that. They forgot the shower head and didn't realize I was supposed to get a seat, but they went out and got a shower head and later brought the correct one as well as the seat. They were very neat and cleaned up when they were done. I would recommend them to anyone!The Bath Authority

2 starsI would not recommend the Bath Authority. During the installation, the technician did not have a copy of our order with him. He did not have all the parts ordered (grab bars) for the installation. After calling customer service, the next available technician to finish the installation is a month away. The technician did not reinstall the panel which covered the water shutoff. When I called customer service number during business hours, I would frequently receive a message telling me to call back another time. Very poor communication.The Bath Authority

2 starsWe had Bath Authority install 2 new bath showers a year or so ago, this march the bath upstairs started leaking, I hired pro plumbers to come in and see what the problem was, a leaking main valve that controls water output was leaking.
The plumber told us that the installer tighten the connection nut to tight.
Causing a crack in the nut. Im so sick of shotty workmanship

2 starsOverpriced. Read reviews before committing. Their average price is $15k, regardless of scope. They pressure when someone comes to give bid. Anything 5 figures worth deserves a day to think about it. They claim the price won’t be same HUGE RED FLAG. Don’t give detailed cost breakdown, simply state “that’s what things cost”. Had similar ad experiences as others with piss poor communication being a huge issue. The algorithm they use for how many jobs get done correctly vs those that don’t clearly works for them. Find the products you like and hire a contractor your neighbors or friends use instead.The Bath Authority

2 starsWe booked with Bath Authority after an amazing experience with Renewal by Anderson. I assumed another large “white-glove” style company/install would be as pain free as what I experienced with RA. However, this has not been the case. Firstly, their customer service callers (Natasha especially) are condescending and flippant to my concerns. We have had numerous issues with install including but not limited to; the shower head being off center and positioned far too high, the shelf they installed being off center when I specified I wanted it centered for aesthetic purposes, the wall bows in two places, the tub also is higher on one side where your feet rest like the boards they installed to level the shower were popped on that edge, the hot and cold were flip-flopped, and the tub overflow spins freely and is not sealed. For $15k I would expect far better customer service and workmanship. Not only that but the sales man was extremely high-pressure. I told him several times we would decide Monday after talking it over but he continued to pressure and pressure, putting us on the spot and calling his boss at home to bring the quote down further- saying we would lose that price if not booked that day. My other quotes were roughly the same for an entire bathroom remodel, not just tub install. Overall… I am extremely dissatisfied and have requested to speak to an operations manager to which Natasha disregarded and snidely dismissed redirecting the conversation to final payment that was due. Why am I completing payment when my issues have not been resolved and I have not spoken to anyone in management? We had considered booking for our other shower install, but the lack of customer care is appalling, please make it right.The Bath Authority

5 starsMr. John ******* gave an excellent presentation for a shower replacement. He was very comfortable in his knowledge of all the facets involved with the renovation-materials, procedures, choices. His suggestions were valuable and provided good choices for us to consider. He made us comfortable and well-satisfied. We are looking forward to a beautiful, well-done new shower.

5 starsWe just had Nick and Hector finish our shower. It took 2 days which we new ahead of time. They came on time! They were very professional, reviewed all that was being done before he started the project. Cleaned up everything! Very impressed! I would recommend them !
